Works great on induction cooktop

I owned the greenlife regular nonstick and was obsessed with them because they truly were “ nonstick”. Then we moved to an older home with a 1970’s induction cooktop. Boohoo my old greenlife pans had to be put in storage After looking around I went to Amazon (where else) and found Greenlife made induction compatible nonstick pans. I tried them out this weekend and they were amazing. Worth every penny because it’s the last nonstick pan you’ll buy. Just remember…only use silicone tools on it

Very Solid Feeling and Weighty Pan

These are my new favorite go-to pans. They clean up so easily and they feel very sturdy, weighty, and durable. The slopes on the sides are a little steeper than I'm used to, so I'm having to adjust how I throw food into the air. The bottom is bare stainless steel and it stays put on a standard electric burner—no sliding around. I'm so happy with these that I would like to buy other pieces to go with them.

Cooks with low heat

These are great. Use to cook on 8 setting on my induction stove top but now I use 3 because these pans are really great.

Almost perfect

These pans are absolutely amazing! They hold heat like a cast iron, are actually nonstick, and look beautiful! The only 2 things I would change are to have the 12 inch skillet added into the set (you have to save up to buy it separately), and to make the deep pot, well, deeper. It's only big enough to boil one box of spaghetti noodles. Which is fine if that's enough for you, but I have a family of 7 and have to make 2 boxes for a meal. So it rarely gets used, and I had to keep the deep pot from my last crappy set, which is a bit of a disappointment. But none of those problems have to do with quality whatsoever! I'm very happy with this set, and I'm so glad I finally managed to save up and get them!

Nice and heavy, good value for the price

I didn't expect these pans to be so nice given the price. I treat non-stick as fairly disposable since it never lasts long but I'm hopeful these pans will be different. So far so good, be careful! You can flip and egg right on to your apron with these pans!

Not good for high heat, difficult to clean

I bought the cookware set because they looked very nice, they are priced just below Henckels and the "healthier" ceramic coating sold me. They are difficult to clean (use a ceramic cleaner) which I don't know if adding a ceramic cleaner is healthier? If you use high heat, the outside of the pans will discolor. Finally, you can not use oil sprays to cook, otherwise your food will stick.

Very nice pan, I use it every day. The trick is don’t get it to hot. Most people cook with way too much heat.

I finally replaced our aging non-stick pans. So far these work like a dream. Not as light as Aluminium, but very sturdy and good-looking. No sratches in the ceramic so far (3 months).

Excellent pans

I bought these pans as they were recommended in The Human Being Diet book as you don’t need to use any oil when cooking with them… it is true!! The best non stick pans ever! It is unbelievable! They are heavy and sturdy. Just follow the cleaning instructions- only wash with warm water - they clean up so easy - and this keeps the non stick. Highly recommend these pans they are so easy to cook with…

Quite heavy but really good quality

These frying pans by GreenPan are brilliant. They're currently priced at £79.91 or £73.75 for Prime members The pans measure 24cm and 28cm so are big enough for most uses. They're suitable to be used on induction, gas, electric hobs and oven safe to 220°C. The pans are free of PFAS and PFOA, they have a diamond reinforced ceramic on the inside with the base being made from tough stainless steel These pans are dishwasher safe but it's recommended to hand-wash to prolong the life There's a sticky label (which peels off easily) on the pans advising on best use, saying not to use shop bought frying sprays (these ruin pans, I've ruined quite a few using these) but to use a little oil or butter, I tend to not use any oil at all, but if I do, I spray a little vegetable oil in the pan I have used these pans just about every day since receiving them, to dry fry mince, cooked bacon, fried egg and potato scone (Scottish breakfast must have) and other dishes, and best of all nothing sticks. You don't need to scrub afterwards to clean, just wash in soapy water and the food just cleans off without scrubbing. In fact you can't use scourers as these will ruin the surface The pans are quite heavy to hold, but they're really good quality and looked after properly will last for years. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these pans

Perfectly non-stick well made pans

These pans are well made, a solid brushed metal handle no sharp edges, zero flex but not heavy. The coating is super smooth and when testing the larger pan it passed the egg test with no oil. The pans have a smooth base so less likely to scratch a glass induction hob. As with all non stick pans the one thing that seems to cause the surface to fail is high heat. I've gone through a few pans using only wood and silicone tools, hand washing when cooled and over time they've started to show scratches or flake and the main reason being I've had the heat too high. In reality if you want to sear food or fast fry then you need to use a carbon steel pan or cast iron, these tend to not have a not stick surface so can take the high heating. The pans have an internal base diameter of 22cm and 18cm. When tested they do heat up much quicker than a large base Tefal one I have, and heat distribution seems very even. The handles didn't get hot during use, they would if placed in an oven. Strong rivets which have also got non stick coating over. Overall very impressed with the pans, and they should last a while as long as I remember to not overheat and follow the long list of do not's in the instructions!

Seriously Good Pans!

A lot of the time Amazon makes it easy to "buy cheap" as there are so many options these days, and although it can be a bit of a lottery, there is generally some very good stuff available from non-brands. That said if you want to guarantee the quality you stick to brands you know well... GreenPan is a brand I have bought before, and I have to say the quality it superb! Not only the general build quality but also the look and feel of these pans is very premium. It has a true NON-Stick surface, and so you can cook with very little oil, and they just work great. I love these pans, and expect them to be just as good for at least 5 years, so worth paying the bit extra for the quality.
