Wonderful Frying Pan!
This is by far the best frying pan I’ve ever had. It cooks great and cleans up unbelievably easy. Even after going from stovetop to oven, what I thought was baked on sauce slipped off easily. Having a lid is such an extra bonus.

Our family's favorite pan...
Used daily we like to have a couple/three of these on hand. Just a great all-around pan.

Vastly over-rated pan, sub-par nonstick capability
From the start, the "non-stick" surface performed worse than pans that cost significantly less. Now, less than 9 months later, it performs about as well as a plain stainless pan. I know how to use these - I never exposed them to anything higher than medium heat, never used metal utensils, never used abrasive sponges on the interior surface. The lid is top-notch though.

UPDATED REVIEW-have much better luck with this pan while using butter, oil made food stick to this like crazy
UPDATE to below: first i wrote that I loved this pan (see below.) Then after a week, EVERYThING was sticking to the pan, really bad, worse than any other pan, and I was going to downgrade it to one star. I had been using canola oil btw, a fair amount of it, and I thought - what the heck, am I going to start having to waste a ton of oil on this thing? Very disappointed. To the point where I couldn't stand cooking with it anymore bc everything was sticking to it like glue, so I ordered a different pan to use, which I wasn't thrilled about because this one has a much larger cooking area, and I had just bought it and already it wasn't working, right after I threw away the packaging of course. Then one day I tried something different. I heated up the pan on medium heat as always, before putting anything on it. Then after it got hot, I held a stick of butter vertically and just rubbed the cooking area of the pan with it - not too much butter, just coated the pan with butter lightly and quickly. VOILA. it's like night and day, now everything is sliding around on the pan. so I'm happy - I can use very little butter and the food isn't sliding around. So I'm wondering if all these people who had problems were using oil as I was (and as the instructions say you can do.) If you're having problems with sticking, try butter instead and see if that works. original review below: i had tried out a few ceramic pans and returned them all. this is the KEEPER (so far - i've had it only for a few days but looking good!) why? well the thing is pans are measured by the TOP circumference of the pan, the part that fits the lid, which i think is colossally stupid. i tried out a few 12" pans, this one has a 9 3/4" - 10" ish cooking area (the bottom circle of the pan, the part you cook on.) the other ones i tried had like 9" or less on the bottom and the sides of the pan just jutted way out to reach the 12" - so the cooking part was so small and i couldn't fit much on the other ones. this has a good amount of cooking space and if HEFTY. unlike the other ones, you have to use oil, which i dont mind, oil is filling. u do cook on medium heat and things slide off effortlessly - not as slidy as the other ones ive tried, but i read in reviews the other ones stop being stick-free after a while. besides, too much slide can make the food hard to grasp. this has a great amount of food slide. i wish this came in cooler color but the grey is all right, better than black. cooking is actually fun bc i know i'm not going to have to scrub and clean much. i hate cleaning. i just made eggs with sausages and the pan ALREADY looks clean, and i didnt even clean it yet. the lid is high quality. this thing is just made of high quality materials, and my boyf and i love it. also our gas stove did not mess up the coloring on the bottom, like it did with other pans. LOVE THIS ONE, finally we found the keeper!!! i recommend wholeheartedly.

Stuck? Here's the easy fix. Love these pans!
I love these pans, but there are definitely a couple things you should know about them. Don't throw them out if things start sticking badly -- there's an easy solution! I bought these, used them for a few months, and liked them so much I decided to purchase a few for our vacation home as well. Our vacation home is also a vacation rental, so our pans get some hard use by guests. After using the pans at home for over a year, I couldn't understand the negative reviews by the haters of these pans. I was throwing my pans in the dishwasher after every use, and never had a problem! Then I used one at the vacation home after about 6 months of guests' use. My scrambled eggs came out horribly! What did the renters do to the pans?!! I was convinced they must have been scrubbed hard and scratched, and almost tossed them. After a little research, I learned how to prevent and fix this problem. To prevent, you shouldn't use extra virgin olive oil to cook at high heat. The EVOO will carbonize (burn) on the bottom of the pan, and even after cleaning the pan, you'll be cooking on that carbonized layer instead of on the smooth ceramic. Use butter, or an oil with a higher smoke point (my favorite is avocado oil - very healthy, too!). Also do not use anything abrasive to clean the pans with. The dishwasher is totally fine. If you do burn something in your pan, I've found the best way to release burnt-on food is to soak it overnight with a little granular dishwasher detergent in it. The enzymes in the detergent will break down the food and you won't have to scrub so hard and risk scratching your pan. Now, for the "fix!" The manufacturer recommends using a melamine sponge and plain water to scrub your pan if everything starts sticking to it. A melamine sponge is basically a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. This will remove the thin carbonized layer easily, and your surface will be smooth and slick again. Voila! I've fixed the pans at the vacation rental, and eggs are all good again. I've tried three different brands of ceramic pans, and these are definitely the best - they seem to have the thickest ceramic layer -- it does not chip and ding as easily as the other two pans I've tried. They're great!! Follow the directions, and you'll have no problem.

After less than a year finish is rough and sticking
After less than a year finish is rough and sticking, purchased two but regret it not the best non stick pan. Recently purchased OXO NON Stick Pans which are much better.

Edit: great customer service - interesting pan - Not non stick… pan will not stay clean!
EDIT: alright, customer service is great. I sent pics of the pan and explained and they sent me a different pan at no cost: that pan is exactly as I hoped. Actually non stick. I still don’t recommend this model - but! The upgraded version of this is worth the money. Skip this model and choose the next version. Listen I have scrubbed/soaked/cleaned this. I messaged the vendor and they recommended baking soda and boiling. Nothing has worked. This pan is VERY hard to clean. I’d suggest a name brand non stick - this one was a risk and I took it because of positive reviews. I would not purchase again and I’ve been trying to get a refund.

Updated review
Almost two months later and unfortunately it’s not as non stick anymore. I am really crazy about following the guidelines but unfortunately it’s just not the same. HOWEVER are traditional non sticks like this? (Probably) and I still love it because guess what ? It’s not poisoning my child! And on another note, traditional Non-stick frying pans have been linked to a shrinkage in male children’s appendages amongst other things!!! It’s crazy! Healthy non sticks that aren’t super non-stick are soooo much better!

Great Pan
I have waited until I have used the pan for awhile before writing a review. I really like this pan. It works well and is holding up well. I would buy again.

Love it
I Followed the instruction (medium heat max), and this is still the best skillet I ever bought.

Just one simple improvement away from being a five star product
Very convenient size and easy to clean even when hand washing. I would have given it 5 stars if the glass lid had a hole in it so that the cooking vapour could escape ( some complaint as another reviewer of this product )

Don't Buy this Pan
The pan started as a non-stick pan but only after two weeks of normal use it is not really a non-stick pan anymore. Any oil from the food eventually starts to stick to the pan (and I never cook food above the medium heat setting, mostly medium-low setting only) and the oil will not come off unless you scrap it with an abrasive type scrubber, which I have NOT done, hence now the pan has a permanent oil stain / discolouration in the centre of the pan. Also now I am forced to use either butter or oil to ensure the food in the pan does not stick, which of course defeats the whole purpose of the pan. So for the cost of the pan, I expected a lot better performance and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Also the pan was not wrapped properly when it was shipped, the glass lid (with metal handle) was scrapping the non-stick surface inside the amazon box.
