Love these non-stick pans for my induction stove

Had these for almost 2 months, figured I would wait to review after I had used them a while. Old Non-stick were getting long in the tooth and worried about PFOAs. Researched and decided on there GreenPan Valencia Pro Hard Anodized. I Initially got the 12" and 10", later purchased the 8", since I like these so much. They do have a set with all 3, but got them cheaper separately. These didnt come with a glass top, but that is fine for what I was looking for, they do have other sets that do have a glass top. I have an induction stove, so knew what to expect from that perspective, old pans were raised in the middle, these pans are nice and flat and have a nice solid feel to them, though not heavy. Old pans could move around on the stove top when on sometimes, these stay in place. Old ones didnt work on the large burner, but the 12" and 10" both work on the large burner. 8" only works on the small burner. Cooking with them, I have found I need to use little to no butter or oil. They heat evenly from middle to sides. I can make omelets again. Going to try crepes soon too, now that I have used them for a while and have more confidence with them. They clean real easy right after cooking. Only hand washed to try and maintain the non-stick coating for as long as possible, but like I said they clean real easy so not an issue. I already had the tools for non-stick, so all silicone ones. They say dishwasher safe and you can use metal tools, but for longest life suggest hand washing and non-metal tools.

Problems with the 10” pan

8” worked beautifully. Just baby it. Do NOT preheat. Always cook on low. These pans hold heat and never need to go above that regardless of what you’ve been doing in other pans with other recipes. Allow the pan to cool before cleansing so you don’t fry the soap onto your pan. Do not put in the dishwasher regardless of what it says. Keep a towel or pan protector between pans if stacking in storage. My 10” pan made a weird noise when held vertically like something was sliding inside so it was replaced. Unfortunately, that chipped so I had to send both pieces back since it was a set. That leads me to believe it’s a problem with the 10” pans. Otherwise I was really pleased.

Love these Pans!

first time cooking with these was a dream come true. my heat was at around 6-7 out of 10 and was more than enough to cook I realized that I had been using a higher heat with my other pans. Now it's easy peasy and it makes it fun to cook one side-note, the handle gets hot closer to the pan (obviously) but it's really hot so be careful handling the pans

Great when new, but ceramic started flaking off.

Great when new, but "Anodized Healthy Ceramic" started flaking off of the 11" pan, in less than a year of use. There is nothing "healthy" once the flaking started. We have quit using the 11" pan due to flaking and sticking of food to pan. Contacted the company requesting that they replace the 11" pan and did not hear back.

Chips easily

overall good product, but the coating chips easily. After a few months of basic use, there are chips on the edges.

Take care of them and they will last a long time.

We have had this set for 3 month so far and as the instructions state, use plastic or silicone utensils and never scrub with anything other than the soft side of a sponge. Nothing sticks to the pans and they are super easy to clean up. We also put cloth separators between the pans when in the cupboard. Take care of them and they will last for a long time.

These pans are great!

Great overall pans, and they are the same ones used on the Great British Baking Show! overall, this is my second sent, they last a few years just like any nonstick pan does before loosing the nonstick properties. The good thing is that you dont get any of the toxic chemical leaching into your foods if you scrape it accidently, or overheat it.

Great Non-stick

The media could not be loaded. I just received them so this review is based on a single use. As shown in the video, the non-stick is great. I did use a teaspoon of butter for flavor, but I believe the pancake would not stick to a untreated pan. The pan also slides on the induction cooktop without any effort, so it's important to hold the handle before stirring the pan's contents. Speaking of induction. These pans work great on our new Frigidaire induction range. The heated quickly and evenly and the pancake cooked quickly and evenly, unlike twenty year old stainless pans. And the pan wipes clean.

Great Quality

The quality is as advertised and as per reviews from most others who have purchased this product. Bought as a present for my wife and she loves them. Only had them a week but seem like they’ll last for a few years. Bought these as they seemed to have the best reviews for non stick/ non toxic cookware at a decent price. Extremely easy to clean.

Good quality non stick pan

I bought these after they were recommended on America test kitchens youtube review (after getting rid of our previous non stick pans because of worries about PFAs). Theyve performed very nicely, causing no problems with sticking at all. Cooks evenly and im happy with the results. Very easy to clean. They were pretty expensive so I drive my girlfriend a bit nuts making sure that she is super gentle with them and only ever uses wooden spatulas. I've had them for about 2 months and haven't seen any degradation in the surface yet The larger pan can just about handle enough food for dinner for 2 people, but couldn't really hold anything larger than that (we're both medium-size eaters) I do wish they came with lids. None of our previous pans lids fit onto these perfectly so we either have to leave them open or put a large lid on, which drips water onto the stove-top

Cooks perfectly with no sticking. Please ensure that you follow the specific cooking and cleaning instructions provided with the pan and you should have great results! I am guessing those with bad reviews might not have followed these instructions carefully?
