Best pan I own

Do I baby this pan? Yes. Am I terrified to use metal in it although it says it's metal safe? Yes. Is it worth me having to buy wooden utensils and hand washing? Also yes. All other pans I've loved in the past now mean nothing to me.

Follow the directions and it'll last

The media could not be loaded. Edit: I added an unedited video after about a year and a half now. Notice that I did not add any oil -- the eggs still refused to stick. I am not affiliated with this company at all. I simply wanted to show you folks that this pan indeed is legit because it is pretty damn expensive. I bought this pan about 11 months ago. It's been great! I _still_ can make eggs without them sticking to the pan. VERY IMPORTANT!!! : 1) Never go above med high heat. I always put it just at the cusp of med/med-high with very little oil. This is a ceramic pan. They are sensitive. 2) Use a silicone spatula. I don't care what the ad says, using anything that may be abrasive is just a bad idea. Maybe a wooden spatula would do, but personally I wouldn't even use that. Also, handwash only! Baby these pans and they'll work great and last. I see a lot of people posting pics of eggs sticking on these pans. I can almost guarantee you that they screwed up at some point and overheated the pan. Once it does that, it's game over. Might as well toss the pan. I will update my post after I hit 2 years of use.

Absolutely Love This Pan! Is the whole households favorite!

We absolutely love this pan and are using it multiple times a week! The trick I have learned it not to use too high of a heat when using it. If you are doing something that requires a quick-cook, have it only on medium heat. If you are looking for a longer cook (steaks, etc), start on medium heat and lower to low pretty quickly. Putting the lid on it works great - keeps the moisture in without making the food wet (due to the domed lid). It has done a fabulous job on steaks, lamb chops, chicken, fish, fried eggs, bacon, and grilled cheese. We love it so much, I took it on a trip with me to an AirBnb as we weren't sure what would be available and we wanted to be able to have the same results on our vacation as we have at home. Super easy to clean! The fond on the bottom comes off very quickly with just a quick wetting and spray from my faucet. I do use Dawn Ultra Platinum Powerwash Spray on it when I cook stinky or fragrant stuff in it to always keep it smelling fresh.

Not very nonstick

The pan is fine, just fine. It is not very nonstick and it bows up in the middle. I will try a different brand next purchase.

Great Pans...but...

Love these pans, the work great...but, had a slight issue the other night while cooking, I set the lid to the side and it slid off the stove onto the linoleum floor and shattered like safety glass. Now I'm trying to find a replacement for it.

New favorite!

Was looking for a non Teflon pan for healthier cooking. This is amazing! Just follow care instructions and it works perfectly. Heats up quickly and at a lower temp. Super easy to clean. Been using it nearly daily for a few months now. Planning to get another. Cooks our weekly taco meat beautifully. Never sticks to the pan as you can see. I highly recommend this GreenPan.

Cooks great easy clean

Bought these pans specifically for their sear type surface. We have some the Green Pans Midnight pans which have a very smooth surface, perfect for eggs etc. These sear Smart are really good for vegetables and more ( we are vegetarians) These cook well and fast at much lower temperatures than other panes we had (scan p..) or stainless. Clean up is great. Overall great pans. Follow instructions !!

Gran calidad, busqué mucho información sobre sartenes de materiales NO TÓXICOS y di con esta marca con recubrimiento de cerámica y aparte antiadherente, estoy feliz de saber que estoy cocinando sano y sin que se me pegue todo! También compré la medana y ña chica! Muy recomendadas!!!
