Great non-stick coating
Very well made for the price; the non-stick coating is very slick, and easy to clean. The only 2 gripes: it doesn't come with a lid, but I knew that when I bought it. What I didn't know is how shallow it is. If you're wanting a deeper skillet to double as a wok, this isn't it. If you're just looking to cook eggs and sear fish, though, it's great.

Hudson
It’s a ceramic surface all around so no steel on the bottom of the pan. Only one pan so far has a ring on the bottom from oils but that’s because one of my stove coils usually gets oily from cooking. I think you can do cleaning tricks to easily clean it if u want but I leave the stains on the bottom because it doesn’t bother me yet it’s minimal. It’s so easy to clean the cooking surface. If ever u need a bit of elbow grease just add dawn to the surface of the pan and fill the pan with warm water 5/10/15 minutes does the trick to loosen food and make wiping such a breeze. Minimal scrubbing. Even if u think something is stuck. Scrubbing will be easy regardless!! Pay no mind to burnt food stuck reviews. Refund scam or too careless to update review saying cleaning it was super easy. Unless they accidentally burnt their food. I haven’t so I can’t say. But just cooking with my home cook skills has been amazing. Height is short but the pan is wide. Especially the 12 in pan. Check out green pan .com they have way more designs and I’m sure they’re all amazing to be honest. I would love to have many pans from this company. The colors are beautiful. The sets incredible. The wok for Hudson is small 3qt. If I could go back I would of bought a set of green pans with a wok of 4 or 5 qts. I only cook for my bf and I but we love 2 days worth of food for easy eating every other day. Or extra food for days when we just want to have more because it was too good not to eat seconds. Their website also offers good deals and free shipping especially if you’re getting more than one pan it’s a huge benefit to check them out online which is what I did when I got my personal set. I love the pots as well but you will need to buy lids for them and they don’t sell a lid for the 1 qt pot that I know of. If you get the 2-3qt sauce pot it will need the 8 in lid. Also lids are usually sold out like crazy. I’ve had these pans for almost a year maybe a year and a half I can’t recall. Do not use stainless steel on this. A small eating spoon won’t harm this much if you are gentle but using sharp steel will definitely scratch this if you slip up and get rough. I scratched mine because I used a whisk once, got cocky and a bit rougher the second time. Luckily you can barely see it so I’m trying not to lose my mind over it. But it’s best to be safe and protect this pan so ur food is clean. I use the soft side of my sponge to clean and if oils are stuck or some food is dry I will scrub gently and not for long periods of time with a rough side of my scrubs and it doesn’t scratch at all. Only steel will damage the coat so use silicone or wood. I buy GIR silicone cooking tools and I shop vermontspoons .com for wooden spoons that are just to die for!! Worth every penny for high duality small business retiree handmade wooden spoons. I gush over them because that’s how beautiful & smooth and long lasting the spoons are. Just oil them with flaxseed oil when they get dry to keep them lasting for years. Look into all their sets and chose a beautiful one because it will last a long time! This brand is safe and beautiful.

Amazing!
I absolutely love my fry pan. I bought it a year ago and was just raving about it to a friend. I cook everything without oil and only use a sponge and dishwasher to clean to avoid scratches. I use it twice a week and it still looks new.

I had sworn off non stick pans..
In my house we recently switched to all stainless steel pans. We found that that has worked very well except for cooking, particularly sticky things like eggs and cheese sauce for that you really need a nonstick pan- so we invested in this one and so far are delighted. We definitely make sure to hand wash it and not put it through the dishwasher, but we have not seen one scratch or scrape or flake yet and have been using it for months. Great product.

Not non-stick
Followed all the instructions but it still sticks all the time, eggs or tofu or veggies- forget about it. So bummed this is slightly past return window, when it really started to show its cheapness.

Chemical smell and food sticks to it
It worked well for about a month. I always clean it with a soft sponge to avoid scratching it. When it gets warm, it has a plastic smell. Now everything sticks to it including eggs. It has to be soaked for a few minutes in order to clean. This is a very low-quality pan and I do not recommend it. I will have to quit using it. It is probably releasing chemicals into my food. Update: This pan is junk. Just a cheap plastic coating that does not last. After 2 months, I am throwing this in the trash where it belongs. Do not buy.

Good Product
I bought this pan due to my sister's recommendation. She has extensive experience with all types of cooking products. I decided to purchase this pan based on safety issues that are addressed by this company. I am finding this pan to be quite effective on a gas stove.
