So far, really great!

I have a 3yo female doberman and have a large fenced in backyard that, since adding my girl to our family, has become a dust bowl. Worse, every time it rains, it becomes a mud bowl. Somehow, even wiping her down and washing her paws off when coming in from outside doesn't seem to help and dust and dirt had accumulated on our singular area rug to the point where I felt disgusting just existing in the same room as it. We have hardwoods throughout the rest of our home, so initially I was considering the smaller, spot-type cleaner also made by Bissel. I ultimately decided to purchase this one because the price was a bit cheaper and after reading some reviews I decided that it would be easier to clean a larger area with this one due to the vacuum style design. Off of my initial use, the pros: -super easy to assemble. My toxic trait is never reading instructions for anything, and this snaps together in under five minutes out of the box. -the device comes with a small sample bottle of the rug cleanser. I'm not sure if using a different cleanser would destroy the device, but better safe than sorry. I had ordered a regular size bottle of the stuff but was pleasantly surprised to see it included. I used this for two cleans and still have like half a bottle -pretty great suction power -intuitive use. Like everything, there's a bit of a learning curve. Initially I couldnt find the lever that would allow the body of the device to angle like a normal vacuum (again, probably a non-issue if you're the type to read instructions). I found it within 2 minutes, and the thing worked like a dream after that -filling the clean water tank/emptying dirty water tank super easy and straightforward. Cons: -The device is made up of 2 tanks, one for clean water for the machine to use and the other for dirty water. The dirty water tank is actually very large, but the fill line is like 1/3 of the way down which is a bit visually deceiving. The suction power of the vacuum will be compromised if the tank is very close to full too, so you may find yourself emptying the tank multiple times during a cleaning depending on your area. -Leaves the rug a little bit wet after cleaning. Its hardly noticeable if you have socks on, but you will notice it on your bare feet. I suppose the wetness depends on how much you saturate the carpet when cleaning it Overall, super happy I purchased this. I was going nuts looking for a rug cleaner that would actually work and not break the bank and I'm over the moon. Now I don't care how muddy my dog gets lol.

This isn’t a carpet shampooer, it’s a MIRACLE worker. Most of my house is tile and laminate but there is carpet in my bedroom, office and then there is this 7x10 rug in the living room. I purchased the rug secondhand on market place and it needed a deep clean. My other carpet cleaner stopped working and I was desperately in need for a fix for this rug (as you can see in the photos). I have three dogs that shed like it’s their only job on this earth. I literally vacuumed over this rug non stop for 25-30 minutes straight making sure that I got it as clean as possible before shampooing. AND YET the shampooer pulled up hair that the vacuum couldn’t quite get!!! Pros: - I love that it is light weight and doesn’t hurt my back at all to use. - It is super easy to put together/ very user friendly. - It obviously does the job it was intended to do. - A little spray goes a long way for each spot. - The suction was strong enough that my carpet was barely damp at all after going over it a few times. Cons: - The formula tank is small and I had to refill it a second time just doing the 7x10 foot rug. - I wish the cord was just a smidge longer. - It didn’t completely remove stain. (However it was ketchup and it did better than I expected. So honestly I can’t really be upset at this). Overall, this is a GREAT investment and for the price I don’t believe you can find a better product. Do yourself a favor and buy this one. I went back and forward on a different option before buying this and I am SOOO glad I did.

STOP PLAYING AND GET THIS NEOW!!!!

My dog threw up dark brown food on the floor yesterday and left dark stains on the carpet so I needed something quick as my $170 hoover broke after 6 months! Smfh the Bissell worked GREAT!!! And even though it's smaller than the hoover I prefer it. Easier to use all around and fits in spaces the hoover couldn't. You will have to stop and go more frequently bc it's smaller but the results are worth it. Completely removed the stains but thats not what this review is about. I closed on my house back in June 2022 and we had gray carpet...over time it started to look beige to me...so after spot cleaning my dogs vomit I noticed it was extremely light in that spot...so I was like wth? Did this solution possibly bleach my carpet? I decided to do a larger area and realized my carpet was restored BACK to the original grey we had when we first moved in. It had just gotten THAT dirty smh. I have an untouched room in my house (haven't decided what to do with it yet) so the carpet is still brand new, that's the third pic. Compare that pic to the other 2 pics where I did a clean. I'm about to order more pro max clean+protect solution!!! I noticed 1 con though, if you let the machine just sit on the carpet while running without pushing it back and forth it will try to dig into the carpet so don't do that as there's a chance it could rip your carpet.

Very effective and satisfying to use!

Left side is before and right side is after one pass with the cleaner I have two little kids and an a paper toy very dirty dog. This rug was smelly, matted and dirty. I was getting grossed out sitting on it ???? After giving it a once over, it was clean and soft again! I recommend this thing! It’s easy to use, light weight for me (I did two 8x10 rugs holding a 17lb baby in the other arm), and very effective. It’s so satisfying to use that I want to open a rug cleaning business hahaha!

Lightweight, easy to use and powerful

I absolutely love the results from this. I have an elderly cat who sometimes gets sick and to make matters worse I have white carpet. This carpet cleaner does a fantastic job. Easy to assemble and use and the suction is incredible given the size of the machine. I have used others and this one is the best I’ve used. I’m super happy with the results. It does mention to pre treat tough stains and so I did. Once I cleaned the carpet with soap I did a few rounds with just hot water and suction. Carpets are like brand new and smell amazing. Highly recommend if you have pets or small kids.

A great purchase

Overall, I live this product. I have a big German Shepherd and white carpets in the family room which turn beige to brown super quick. I use my Bissell once per month and it's very very easy to set up and dismantel for cleaning. It's lightweight to store but is crazy heavy with a full tank of water to start the cleaning. For very grimey, discolored carpets, you need to go over a number of times, but it doesn't turn to white like new and about 20-30 minutes (30+ for super discolored areas), it looks and feels fantastic. Soft and clean and smells really nice. I love my Bissel and would recommend.

I’m floored.. pun intended.

Now initially I wasn’t expecting such a great product considering I actually purchased this machine in used condition, but you’d never know it! Box was not damaged, machine was shiny and new looking, original packaging. As far as my carpets, I wasn’t keen on posting pictures of their horrendous condition, but I just could not believe the value I got for the price. That’s years of children and pet stains in those carpets! The machine works great, as you can see for yourself. Probably my ONLY complaint, is how small the water tank is, I had to fill it up probably 3-4 times just for that small space, but honestly it was so worth it, and I enjoyed every second of wiping away those stains. My carpets are not sopping wet, quite damp but that’s expected. I put on a pair of slippers for the day and that solved all my problems. The machine is lightweight and undoubtedly has wheels so you can roll it. Those few complaining that this machine is bulky and heavy- consider a gym membership.

Very impressive

Suction power, and the how easy to use this is. I am impressed, clean my carpet so well. The suction power is decent and it kinda heavy to carry around but dosent bother me. For this price this is the best you can get.
