I can't say enough about how good this is, seriously
I first used the machine on a hallway runner carpet that has been kept vacuumed, but not shampooed for 25 years. Wow, un-freaking believable. The machine got up some tarry substance out of the carpet that nothing else would. The carpet turned out much better than I had hoped for. Advice: Watch the videos. GO SLOW. I watched the clear cover over the brushes to see when I was getting water/foam. If you're still seeing that after several passes then you're not done! Why waste effort to leave that behind in the carpet? I found that pulling the machine backwards (with no spray) at about 1 inch per second worked for what I was doing. Repeat, repeat until nothing more comes up out of the carpet. Fantastic suction. But listen closely. If you hear a slight "pop" and/or the blower increase in speed (pitch) that means the snorkel has tripped, even if the dirt tank is not full. To fix that, just empty the dirt tank. I tried this model on my tile bathroom floor and linoleum kitchen floor. Fantastic results, and so much easier than a rotary floor scrubber, since this machine sucks up the dirty water as you go!

Paws-itively Impressed: Barking Up the Right Carpet Cleaner
The media could not be loaded. As a dog owner, I am no stranger to accidents and messes. When my dog made a mess near my photography lighting setup, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to test and review the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner while getting great lighting for a video. I chose this carpet cleaner after comparing it to other options on the market, ultimately swayed by its high ratings and price. Upon unboxing and assembling the carpet cleaner, I was pleased to find that it felt well-built and sturdy. The overall construction of the product gives off a sense of quality and reliability. Assembly of the carpet cleaner took less than 10 minutes and was easy to do. Using the cleaner was a breeze, thanks to its ergonomic design and easily accessible water tanks. I particularly appreciated the obvious fill lines for the water and cleaning solution, which made it easy to ensure the correct ratio. One feature that sets the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution apart from other carpet cleaners is its drying capabilities. Although it doesn't heat the carpet, it leaves it only slightly damp after cleaning, allowing it to dry within a few hours. This is a considerable improvement over my previous carpet cleaner, which left the carpet wet for an entire day leading to smells and wet socks. Another bonus is using the supplemental antibacterial cleaning solution, which offers an extra level of cleanliness that regular carpet cleaner solutions often lack, and it leaves the carpets smelling great too. The carpet cleaner is not without its minor drawbacks. For example, the on/off button is located in an awkward position, making it somewhat difficult to use. I find myself having to relearn where the button is every time I use the product. The carpet cleaner also produces a loud, high-pitched noise during operation, which can be bothersome but is to be expected. The cleaning solution tank also goes empty pretty quickly if you aren't watching how much cleaning solution you are using, even in small areas. Despite these minor issues, I am extremely satisfied with the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner. Its performance, ease of use, and drying capabilities make it a valuable addition to any home with pets. The cleaner also comes with a variety of accessories, adding versatility even if they aren't used regularly. I highly recommend the Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner to fellow pet owners. Its quality construction, effective cleaning, and user-friendly design make it a worthwhile investment for keeping your home clean and fresh, even with the occasional pet-related mess. The high quality and consistently awesome results speak for themselves. I am always amazed at just how dirty the rugs are in my home and how much impact this carpet cleaner has in lifting that dirtiness out of my carpets. This product works beautifully for pet owners. I also appreciate that the company donates some of the proceeds to a pet charity for each of it's carpet cleaners sold.

Good overall rug machine
The cleaner is VERY loud. I wore ear plugs when I used it. Assembly was easy. There was a screw that was supposed to be installed as part of the handle. It screws into plastic and stripped out the plastic hole immediately. I called service and was supposed to sent the unit there for service. I didn't bother. I used the "medium" setting for water use. On the "super" setting it floods the carpet with water. I choose to go over the carpet twice; one with soap and one for rinse. I dirty water on both runs. It has strong suction and picks up the water well. The carpet took overnight to dry. It is moderately heavy empty but when the clean and dirty water tanks get full it is on the heavy side. I would say it is a pain to clean. They give you a long plastic comb with hooks on the end to get the dog hair caught in the head out. It works but only goes so far in the suction head.

Unit has an American adaptor, which cannot be used directly in Australia without a convertor!
This is unacceptable. You do highlight that it has an American Adaptor and that it will not work in Australia without a convertor. Please note a convertor is completely different to an adaptor. It's not really fair that you do not highlight at the time of purchase. It is however hidden, under product reviews. So many customers saying the same thing. Shame on you!

Blew up and tripped the house
Loved the product but why are you selling the incorrect voltage on a Singapore site. It blew up the steam cleaner, the plug and tripped the electrics in the house. Dangerous and illegal under the sale of goods act. Am waiting for a response.
