It rusts.

I used this to make a cheese cake. Followed all instuctions including having it sit in a pan of water while baking. The cheese cake had some of its mixture get in the groves where the bottom secured to the sides. I put it in water to remove the stuck on cheese cake, then put it in the dishwasher. Well the cheese cake stuff came out, but the moisture started rust to appear in the groove. I used the drying heat in my dishwasher as usual, so its not like it was left wet. The price I paid and the quality behind this brand over the years, does not show in this springform pan. A disappointment for me.

I finally made cheesecake and this is great.

I've made two ricotta cheesecakes now with this and it performed nicely. It doesn't make a liquid tight seal on the bottom but I'm not sure if that's even possible. The bottom has a lip side and a no-lip side. I used the no-lip side so I could slide a spatula under the cake without having to dig down to get under it. I'm not too experienced in the baking world but this has worked well.

Makes a beautiful cheesecake!

We've only used it once, but the cheesecake came out perfect. The spring-form sides cleanly released from the cake. We easily hand washed it. Overall, we're very pleased with the purchase.

Little bigger than I expected

My fault…but surprised at the size. My regular cheesecake recipe did not fill it as high as I was used to.

This is a solid pan, man

I was scared by the reviews that warned of leakage--but as I searched for a better alternative, I noticed that all springform pans were getting such reviews. Wilton seemed overall to have more favorable ratings than other brands, and it was cheaper, too, so I decided to go for it, and I'm glad. When baking my cheesecake I put the pan on a cookie sheet, plus I wrapped the outside with foil, so I was doubly protected against any possible oozing disasters. It worked great! There was one small section that leaked a tiny bit of crust batter into the foil, but there was no large-scale breach. The latch worked smoothly; the cheesecake cooked evenly and released without any sticking; the pan came clean in the dishwasher. The only downside to my concept is that the cooking time increased by 20 minutes (vs. the recipe's prediction of 45-50 minutes), which is substantial--but that's not the pan's fault. I feel pleased with this purchase and am excited to try more cakes with it!

Nice Pan!

I decided to try a new cheese cake recipe for Christmas. The cheese cake turned out perfectly and the pan performed perfectly. No problems at all. The cheese cake was huge though. I might make the cheese cake again but in a smaller pan.

Worth it!

I looked everywhere for a 10-inch springform pan but I had no luck. Finally, I check amazon, and lo and behold I found it. Works great! Used it twice already and the cakes come out smooth. Strong too!

ANOTHER GREAT WILTON PRODUCT.

Bought the Wilton Springform pan last May/2017 and just got around to using it. Like all the Wilton products I have bought, this product does a great job. Made a NY style cheesecake, a la Martha Stewart and it came out great. Placed two pieces of tin foil around it and placed it in a roasting pan with hot water going halfway up the springform pan. No leaks, really easy to clean and opened easily when the cheesecake was done. FYI- this was my first time baking any kind of cake.Would highly recommend .

Amé este molde para hornear

Los moldes Wilton son los mejores, super fácil de usar y el pan se despega super rápido. Yo lo use con papel para hornear y no lo he lavado solo lo limpio bien bien con una servitoalla cada que lo uso para no estropearlo.
