Large pan

Just as stated. I wanted a large pan for those cheesecakes that I take to events or have guests to serve. Absolutely wonderful!

Conflict over safe max temperature.

Nice-looking pan which I bought for baking deep-dish pizza at 500F, based on website and box saying the pan "withstands" up to 500F (260C). When I got it, though, a small label on the back of the pan said "up to 230C" ~450F. Not the 500F I thought & need. So it's going back. BTW it arrived in the original sales box which was not taped/sealed closed. That's not how Amazon usually ships. Weird all around.

Good quality Very happy with purchase

At first I was skeptical because I could not find this size pan anywhere around me but online. I did a practice bake to make sure I had the bake time right since I normally use a 9" pan. Baking time is not much longer than 9" even though its bigger normal bake time was 50 min and with this 12" bake time is 1hour so really just add another 10 minutes.
