Okay.....I'm a new Instant Pot owner and user. I have watched many, many videos of foods that I'd like to cook in my pot. I'm especially looking for videos of things that I can adapt to my own recipes While doing this, I wanted to cook a meatloaf in my Instant Pot. A lot of the videos used foil to make "boats" for their loafs. However, I came across one where the man made a beautiful meatloaf in a fluted cake pan and made it in his IP! Yes!! I had to have a pan to make one like it. So, along with a bunch of other accessories for my new pot, I order this pan. When I was ready, I made my meatloaf by my own recipe and put it into this non stick pan. I did spray the pan thoroughly before packing the meat mixture into it. I used two pounds of lean ground beef, my seasonings, eggs, bread crumbs, etc. and it all went into the pan.....filled to the brim. Anything extra wouldn't have fit. I cooked it, removed it and turned it onto a plate.....Instead of browning it in the oven, I made my glaze with darker colored ingredients, like Worchestershire Sauce (spelling??) barbecue sauce, mustard, tomato sauce, etc....It made the finishing touch on the meatloaf, tasted good and looked good without browning in the oven. Oh, yes, I also cooked my potatoes at the same time and made mashed, garlic, cheesy potatoes to go with the meatloaf. There wasn't room to do my broccoli side, so that was done in the microwave. I needed the extra food as I was cooking for my daughter's family that evening.....otherwise, I could have made fewer potatoes and cooked my broccoli portion in the pot at the same time for me. So all of that being said.....I absolutely recommend this pan for doing your meatloaf! I will most likely never make a cake in it, but can if I want to.....love versatility!!! It is definitely my meatloaf pan!! The meatloaf came out easily and didn't fall apart. I have nothing negative to say about this pan. The only way I feel it could be improved would be for some type of handles to be attached so it could be more easily removed.....I don't like the foil slings just like I didn't like the foil boats. As an afterthought, I did take a poor quality picture of my first meatloaf in my IP.....I will try to attach it here. I had already sampled it but it will give you an idea of what it looked like. :)

Bought this specifically to try a instant pot cheesecake recipe. This did not disappoint! Cheesecake was great, can't wait to make another!

Overall very good quality

The spring foam pan was exactly as described. They packaging was nicely intact and fit in my small instapot. The cheese cake I made with it removed cleaing and cooked evenly. I would recommend covering it with a very thing layer foil due to it still at the top of the rim. so no condensation drips onto what you bake.

Quality, good weight

This pan makes the best Instant Pot flan ever. Pan's solid and of a good weight. No idea how long the non-stick will last since I don't use it weekly.

Very Small 6 cup pan. Quality is great!

I think this is the cutest pan ever! You can use in a six quart instant pot or your regular oven. I think I’m going to make tiny little angel food cakes in my regular oven with it because I won’t need so many eggs. It’s very tiny. Almost like a toy....but it also very strong and the nonstick will be helpful. This is the instant pot official pan and it came with the instant pot official packaging. I measured it and it is 6 inches (15 cm) wide and 3.5 inches (8 cm) high. I think it might fit a 3 quart pot. I don’t have one to check for you. I also think my 6 quart pan could use a bigger Bundt pan. maybe as big as 7 inches and that would make a much bigger cake. It hold six cups if that helps you to determine what size you need!

Worked Well In My Instant Pot

I used this to make cheesecake in my Instant Pot. It worked perfectly, and the cheesecake was delicious. Very moist. That's all I have tried so far, but that is what I bought it for. I would recommend it for this purpose. And it wipes up easily with dish soap. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I cannot find it anywhere on store shelves, so I was happy to pay the price.

Just what I needed at a better price than elsewhere.

I have been looking for a springform that will fit into Instapot. This one was by far the least expensive and seems to be a really great buy. This fits perfectly into my 6qt. Instapot. It is like my springform pans from 60 years ago (great ideas last forever....) with the added plus of a non stick coating. I hope that you are as happy with your springform pan as I am with mine.
