LEAKS

Buyer beware, this pan leaks....BADLY. I have to say, I did bake a gorgeous cheesecake in this. The problem came a day later. After it had cooled completely I did a caramel sauce and apple pie topping. Put it back in the fridge. When I took it out to serve, the caramel sauce that ran over the edge of the cake had leaked out and was all over the refrigerator shelf. So you might get away with baking in this pan but you won't be able to store in this pan.

Perfect Cheesecake achieved

I used this to make my holiday Eggnog cheesecake. My crust baked perfectly as well as the cake. Spring pan did an awesome job releasing and cleaning.

Leaks!

I’m super disappointed because I’ve been buying Wilton products for 30 years now. I purchased and used this spring form pan specifically for a decadent and rich cheese cake my family only gets once or twice a year. The graham cracker crust, made with butter and crushed graham crackers, sugar and cinnamon gets hardened while the first layer of cheese cake is made then baked for 50 min. The butter used in the crust melted and dripped out of the spring form pan and made a stinking mess of my oven (that I had JUST CLEANED!) When the second layer was ready to bake, I put the cheese cake on another pan to catch the butter if it continued to leak, and it did. By the time the cheese cake was cooled and ready to serve, the crust was so hard I had to pierce each slice with skewers because I couldn’t figure out a way to warm the crust so it could be cut, without also waking the cheese cake. Made the cheese cake a second time but this time I lined both bottom and sides with parchment paper. Didn’t stop the leak but did make it possible to completely remove the chilled cheesecake from the pan with made cutting the slices so much easier with a heated knife.

works moderately well.

Sturdy, well made springform pan. Not completely water tight, so additional steps need to be taken when used in a water bath. Foil inside the pan is the best method I have come across so far. Very little problems with cakes sticking. I have used this pan for over a year now and it is a good product for the price.

Great Pan

Got a new New York cheesecake recipe and my old 10" springform was a mess. This new one is just great! Good solid feel, non-stick, and head and shoulders above the one I threw out even when it was new. And I made a BIG cheesecake - about 24 passengers! Did a great job!

Wilton 10 inch Sprinbform Great pan

I have about 7 cheesecake pans. I have paid big bucks for the glass bottom type and this one out performs them all. The big plus that it cooks evenly. I do not have to use a water bath type recipe. It doesn't leak and easy to clean.

Best cheesecake ever

This pan makes the best cheesecake ever...I have made 3 cheesecakes and they all turned out perfect. The clean-up is a snap not sticking. Will buy more Wilton pans for other uses.

Producto muy malo

Cuando elegí este producto tenia altas expectativas del mismo, ya que segun un canal de youtube que por cierto es muy bueno (quiero cupcakes) hacia referencia positiva a esta marca de productos, sin embargo ya no volveria a comprar al menos esta marca en productos para hornear, ya que la preparacion se escurria por las orillas, ya he tenido distintos problemas de horneado al utilizar este producto, y mejor estoy utilizando los moldes de hace 20 años que tenia mi Mamá y todo a la perfección.
