The earmuffs feel good and work as well as Howard Leight (bought 5 years ago). The mic works as well as I hoped. If I turn the volume very high (max), I can hear static/white noise/hissing. There is no stereo jack. However, mine arrived missing a headband retainer plastic trim (lower part of the included photo). They still fit snug and do not affect the hearing protection. I'll just wrap gaffer tape around it to protect the headband. Not returning it because I need to clear brush for fire season. Overall, the earmuffs are comfortable and are comparable in protection to other popular brands.
