THIS is IT!!!!!!!

OK, If you are like me, someone who LOVES cats, but HATES the smell, the mess and unsightly view of a liter pan, this liter pan enclosure is for you! It matches my back porch/laundry room furniture and fits right in as if it were a piece of furniture itself. Well, that takes care of unsightly. Next up, liter box mess...this solves it all! No tracking, liter stays in the enclosure/liter pan. Mess - check, resolved. Let's move on to smell....I smell absolutely nothing! I no longer smell liter, or the liter pan itself. I bought a liter pan with sides to put in it and used a liter that helps with tracking and is unscented - oh liter that also only needs a complete liter box change once every 30 days. I will post a link to those two items at the end of this review. OK, so now lets talk about the complaints you see others express in these reviews. Ease of assembly. I put it together myself in about 1/2 hour. I read the instructions first and became familiar with the "parts" before starting. Very easy to put together. Tips, when you are dealing with MDF board NEVER ever over tighten anything. Tip # 2, whenever I have put together items using MDF that includes wooden dowels in assembly, I always roll each dowel end in wood glue. This once it is assembled and dried, will make it very sturdy. Final tip - this is a liter pan enclosure, not a coffee table (even though it could pass as one) and is not furniture quality. It is MDF wood…treat this piece as such and it will last a long time. I am LOVING this liter pan enclosure. Super cute and works! Great box. Assembly a pain.

So...This litter box enclosure is great and just what I was looking for. The big drawback is the assembly. I I'm no novice at putting furniture together. I've done it for years, but I found this job vexing. Dowls didn't fit snugly enough to do their job. Cam bolts would not tighten properly. The whole construction was pretty wobbly. I finally pulled everything apart and got out my trusty tube of E6000 (glue) to help. I used with dowels and seams, taking my time to let each step set for a few minutes before proceeding to the next. The end result was much better on the second go-around - much sturdier and hardware more stable. Overall, I do recommend this box. Just take a little time and patience putting it together.

Great product!

Absolutely love it. Litter box fits in there perfectly and helps contain the tracked litter. It’s easy to open the door and slide out box for cleaning. Best of all, I no longer have an ugly litter box in my master bath, but a pretty little table. Would buy again and recommend.

It’s Decent But Damaged

Overall I liked the product MINUS the fact that it arrived damaged. Idk if it was the delivery process that did the damage or what. But I uploaded the pictures of the damaged pieces prior to assembling the box. All in all, I like it, it masks the smell of shi* than when it was out in the open. I have the standard Arm & Hammer shifting litter box for pine litter. As you can see, the litter box BARELY fits but I’m glad it does bc I would’ve been pissed that not only was it damaged but it didn’t fit a standard size litter box. The damage was the bottom right corner of the box so it cannot be seen when assembled.

I loved it and my cat did too until the washing machine started

I loved how this looked, and how it fit well in the utility room (out of the way) of the new place. The cat took to it immediately even though it is smaller than his original enclosed (ugly) box. The problem happened when I did laundry a few days later - the noise completely freaked the cat out to the point that he refused to even go into that room, much less that enclosed box. Fortunately, he "registered" his displeasure in two places only that I could completely dispose of. Unfortunately, especially for the dog, it was the dog's two beds. So I had to go back to the ugly large box that is taking up room in a bathroom, and this little number is in the storage closet pending a give-away in the spring. Bottom line: worked very well for a 12 pound male cat used to an enclosed box, and looks nice. Just be more judicious than I was about where you put it.

Absorbs urine and smells awful

This looks nice, but less than 3 months in it's in the bin. The wood is just mdf so it split during assembly, and when the cat wees out the tray it seeps into the wood, which splits and smells horrible. Not a suitable material for the product, expected more for the price

Couldn't be more happier

Love this litter tray. Easy to assemble and looks perfect in bathroom as well as providing a nice display surface on the top. I use this litter tray inside - Classic Cat Litter Tray with Rim, 47 x 37 x 15 cm Light/Dark Grey - and I use a slim line storage box at the side to store extra litter - Cat Food Storage Tub,Pet Dry Food Container,3 KG Plastic Seal by Ayuboom - I didn't like it for food as the lid was not very user friendly. Couldn't be more happier with this litter box and more importantly the cats like it too.

Great looking box

Great looking box. We have had something similar in the past as it blends in nicely with rest of the house and doesn't stand out as cats toilet. Only one thing I'm disappointed out is the strength of the magnet on the door. It keeps opening whenever one of our cats uses toilet which wasn't happening with our previous purchase. If we could get replacement magnet which works properly that would be great and we would give this product 5 stars rating.

Discreet toilet

When the house arrived I was concerned that my cat wouldn't fit through the hole, however she is able to move in and out of it with ease. This product provides a nice private environment for the cat and keeps the litter tray hidden in a very pretty way. I was unsure of this product because I think the price is quite high, but I would highly recommend this for house-proud owners and kitties that like a bit of privacy :)

Stylish litter box

I love the style of this litterbox. Sadly i had to return it because my circumstances changed, but it looked amazing, sturdy and my cat was happy to use it. It also looked easy to clean. As soon as i get a place big enough for it, i'll get it again.
