Pain to put together

So just a heads up, this thing is a pain to put together by yourself. Also some of the toughest screws involved are hex/Allen wrench type and fingers get sore quickly. Save yourself some pain and match up a hex bit with a drill if you can. The actual litter box area is about 20” x 20” if you’re trying to figure out what box will fit in there. I had to get a smaller one than my boy is used to so we’ll see how he does with it. I also added a motion sensor light in the entrance for night time (and I’m a crazy cat mom). Overall it’s a decent piece of furniture but my review is mainly based off of putting it together.

Love this!

Works great for hiding the liter box and helps keep the kitty liter all in one area instead of being tracked in the bathroom. Looks nice and its pretty easy to put together, took about 30 minutes maybe. Got a small bed for the top of it as well and the cat loves it. I did have to buy a smaller box to put inside the furniture but no big deal.

It does its work

It's not bad. I really looks like another piece of furniture but still my cat brings out the litter and spreads outside the box so I'm having to sweep everyday. Also, I wish there were other brown colors.

Is exactly what I wanted

It took me a little less that than 2 hours to assemble... but I put contact paper on all the surfaces (except the ceiling) that would be inside the cabinet where the litter box is, before I put the pieces on. My cats took to it immediately. It's easy for my oldest guy to get in and out. I put a bed and pet heater on top and my kitten loves to sleep there. I added a motion sensor night light as well. Seems sturdy and I'm hoping the contact paper will help protect it so it lasts even longer.

Better built than competitors, but still needed some modification

I purchased this to replace my cat's old liter storage bin. It feels much more durable than others on the market, but it is still particle board and highly susceptible to water damage... and my cat pees backwards and he is messy. I ended up purchasing peel and stick flooring tiles and adhering them to the entire inside of the unit, then used a waterproof caulk to seal the cracks. I also removed the "feet" that came with this unit and purchased 5" end table legs so my Roomba could clean under this. Without some form of additional water proofing (or a much neater cat than mine), the unit will likely become damaged. With those modifications, I love this unit.

Money better spent on a better quality product

I've only had it for 6 months now and it definitely isn't a high quality product. The assembly was decently difficult (One person, no physical handicaps) but I thought for a while it was good. My 7lb senior cat has already somehow managed to break the magnets keeping the doors shut (certain screws and drilled holes never really fit since assembling. The whole time I've had it I thought about how I should have went for the box that was $50 more, because I was never truly happy with it

Looks great and Easy to Assemble

Took me just under 40 minutes to put together. My cat jumped in to check it out even before I put the box in it. All the pieces were labelled and pre-drilled. All smaller hardware (feet, screws, etc.) came with an extra piece. Also came with the allen key and a small screwdriver so I didn't have to dig in my hubbies tool kit at all. The only thing I suggest is that the two side pieces have indicate front and back side. There were tiny holes drilled for the back cover piece to screw into and I missed seeing those. I didn't take it apart to correct and have only used the top & bottom screws to attach the back. There hasn't been any issues because of that. It's quite pretty for what it is!

LOVE THIS!

Our cat Lena just loves this, she has so much privacy, it makes me happy knowing she is happy and comfortable when she has to use it. This looks' so nice in the kitchen corner and we can place her box of fresh litter on top along with other kitty accessories. the door opens and closes very easily and has a magnet snap when it closes. there are to openings on the side which seem like handles to move it around or it could be air vents or could be both but they area nice touch and she can breath easily once inside using the facilities. It is very easy to assemble and was finished in about 20 min. It is on the big side so be prepared to make room for this.. The cat cut out is what sold me on this, its adorable! Definitely recommend this for your fur baby.

Its great just get wood glue

It was easy to do, took 10 mins, whoever does the wooden dowel holes needs to be fired. Otherwise its great. I recommend wood glue. It fits even my pixie Bob and he is about 20lbs.

It's M'Okay - brittle materials lots of styrofoam in the packaging

It assembled ok and so far hasn't fallen apart but piece of the veneer material and engineered wood came off during assembly will glue it back on. Lots of styrofoam in the box which we can't put in the blue bins for recycling. Otherwise as-advertised.

I Absolutely Love It

It was extremely easy to assemble, lightweight yet sturdy. Fits an XL cat litter and my fattest cat easily fits in the hole, yet my dog can't (who is the reason I needed this) Very stylish, cute and functional. Shipping packaging was excellent and secure. Came with extra pieces incase, AS WELL AS a little screw driver (awesome since I don't have any yet and didn't have to borrow one from the neighbors again) ... Everything you need is in the box.
