Buy THIS. Great litter box enclosure

Honest review So I got this from another company. I bought the orange/brown…. Did I want orange?!? NO… but I did buy something like contact paper and covered the doors… amazing. Now for the product. I love this. I have 2 senior cats that use this with no issues. It is taller than most… it actually looks like furniture… a plus for me. It fits a standard pan. It is sturdy!!!! and easy to assemble. I put a litter catcher inside to make it easier for me and also put one on the floor under the opening… catches any litter. It doesn’t look like a cat litter piece. I have a small modern/contemporary apt. This looks great. Simple design. Great value for the money. I’ve had plenty of cat furniture type litter enclosures and this one is IT. My doors stay closed when closed. My only gripe is the opening, I wish it was on the other side to fit my needs. I am not going to drill holes to adjust, would be afraid to ruin it. You can also leave off the legs if you needed to.. I have an entertainment center with the same style/legs, so it goes well together. I actually bought another (from Amazon I believe) because I like it so much and the price is good, definitely a good value for the money. Took one star off for lack of color choices… still love it though.

These are perfect for a house with three cats. No one knows it a litter box.

The cats like using it, it's easy for them to get in and out of. They never force the door open. clean up is easy. I bought two of these at different times, both times, I got hella deals. I highly recommend these. Easy assembly, not wobbly. Discreet.

Functional and good looking

Overall, this is a good deal and a vast aesthetic improvement over an exposed litter box. Standard litter box with shield fits, but only just. The doors go inside the cabinet, so you lose about half an inch. Still, I recommend having at least a shield on the box, if not a whole top, because cats who scratch the walls will probably push the doors open if you have an uncovered pan in there. Assembly is straightforward and the directions don’t suck. If you’ve assembled your own flat-packed furniture before, the hardware and steps will be familiar and easy. I’ve tried to show in my pics that the color is not a true bright orange. It‘s more of a salmon color. I chose to leave the legs off while my cats get used to this enclosure. It’s easier for them to stroll in, rather than hop. I may or may not add the legs later. The cabinet is probably sturdier without them.

Cute and sturdy but crooked door

Looks as described and much more sturdy than I expected, but one of the doors is crooked. Easy to put together and I was relieved my cat box fit into it easily

Overpriced for the quality but an awesome addition to my hallway !

-the material is sturdy ! -the style is really cute -the size is perfect for an entry way or bar cart style -the color is darker than I expected -the orange isn’t as Rich more of a soft peach -the wood grain doesn’t show through like in the photos but it has good wood feet -the magnet doesn’t match up with the doors and it’s hard to screw the doors on by yourself but I managed to do it ! -it’s heavy and doesn’t feel like it’s going to tip over so that’s a plus OVERALL A GREAT PRODUCT BUT THE PRICE IS WAY TOO STEEP FOR A SMALL CABINET ITS FUNCTIONAL FOR HIDING A LITTER BOX AND IM VERY STOKED ON IT

Had to make some adjustments

I like how tall this one is. My previous one was half the height, which I released made it uncomfortable for my cat. I did have to make some adjustments. The entry hole is way too small. Also, the way I position it in my hall, you can see the litter box. I wish we could of choose which side the hole would be on. Instead of making the hole bigger, I decided to cover the hole and take off one of the front doors. This is making it a lot bigger entry way for my cats, it also directs the hole in the view I wanted. I used carpet tape and put in two scratcher mats. My cats are always washing there hands after using the litter, and the last cabinet I had got very torn up because of this. Adding the scratcher mats on the walls will protect the furniture and allow my cats a place to wash their hands. I do like the furniture, value for money wasn’t the best as the design didn’t fit my needs. But over all I am happy and do recommend this product.

Overall satisfied

First I will address the smell- Yes there is one. On the bottom of the unit there is a sticker indicating formaldehyde compliance. I thought it was funny because while unpacking, I thought it smelled like a gel manicure. And that's probably the smell others are talking about. I don't mind the smell, I do my own nails and it's a therapeutic hobby, so honestly I liked the smell as I was building. You must unpack the whole box instead of pulling the pieces out and leaving the material. My instructions were smooshed among the paper stuff. There was no damage but I did have an issue with one of the peg screws, luckily they give you exactly 1 extra of each piece, so I was able to just switch it out. In following the directions, I mixed up the 2 side panels, so I had to disassemble, switch, and reassemble. Idk if this was due to the pieces not being clearly labeled or if I was just tired. I did appreciate the ground up build this time. It gives me a great idea of how sturdy it is. I purchased a different type of hideaway at the same time as this one, built it first, and hated every minute of it. By comparison, this should have been the more expensive one (it was not) so I believe the current price of $123 is more than fair. It looks nice and holds an arm and hammer sifting pan perfectly (with a scoop tucked behind it). Anything taller or wider would not work; unless it was just a little bit longer, so width wise that's your limit. The magnets are strong and as long as you're not flopping the doors around everywhere, seem like the hinges will last. If not it's really nothing to just go buy another set. Seen here with a 14lb 4 month old puppy of unknown genetics (some sort of Tree Hound and Beagle mix possibly, he's a rescue and currently waiting on vet's dna results). Hoping it's dog proof and that this box stops him and the other 2 from snacking, cause that was getting really out of hand.

My only issue with this product is that I wish there were more colors to choose from. It was easy to assemble, sturdy...unlike some other comments that say its not sturdy. It totally is. They must not be great at following instructions. It looks great in my space and was just what I needed. My large female siamese ragdoll loves it. And honestly the people that say the hole is too small should probably watch their cats weight more closely .... just my opinion.

Excellent Little Cabinet

With such mixed reviews, what’s a buyer to do? Nothing else looked like it would work with the room, so I took the chance, knowing I would need to be patient with assembly. The parts and the instructions are both correct, but the back looks square, and each of the four sides has the same hardware as the other 3 sides, so it can look like you’re putting things together as pictured, when the back needs to be rotated 90 degrees. I also installed the second door with the magnetic plate on the outside at the bottom, and all the screws still lined up and screwed in perfectly. But it is possible to undo things just as you put them together and do it again correctly when things don’t line up right. Be patient with yourself, and choose a day when you have time to do the assembly, without any deadlines. We plan to foster cats and kittens, and we don’t have any yet, so I can’t tell you about feline reactions yet.

The best choice you could make

I liked this cabinet so much, I bought it twice. It is super easy to assemble and clean. I like it specifically because of the ease of cleaning it. It is high enough off the floor that is doesn’t require a lot of bending and deep enough to hold a large litter box but not so deep that it can’t be thoroughly and easily cleaned. It also happens to look great in my house.

Love this cat litter box furniture

I did receive it fast considering covid. The quality is great. It was assemble in 20 minutes. It was just like an IKEA furniture. I love it. Color is great. I have a large cat and a litter 18”x 16” fit very well. The leg look good but I bought 2” leg to replace since my senior cat can’t jump because of arthritis. The rond opening is big enough. I totally recommend this product

It's good

Alors le meuble est arriver très rapidement. L'emballage était super, bien protéger, aucune égratignure. Le meuble était intact et tout était là. Moi j'ai agrandi le trou pour 2 de mes chats senior. Il ne me reste que des petites marches à faire et ce sera parfait.
