First I have to give a big shout out to Quality Importers for selling some awesome products: I've owned several of their humidors of different sizes and used several of these humidifiers as well. The best and shortest description of this product I can give is that it's simple and it works. They come individually packaged in small boxes with a small note on usage advice (don't overfill, things like that). From my experience you should also use a PG solution to help regulate humidity levels a bit better and to fight off any bacteria that may get inside. If you have any questions on the product you can always contact the company directly for advice. In another year when mine wears out you can be sure that I will be ordering more. Please note: QI offer different sizes and options depending on humidor size and how full it is. I have used this size for my 25ct at half full, and 50ct humidors at 75% full, Southern California climate.

Works great if you follow the directions - leaks if you don't
This works fine but ONLY if you follow the directions carefully. If you read the reviews you will see a lot of people have issues where water leaked out from the bottom into their humidor. It is not watertight on the bottom, so if you fill it completely with liquid water, then yes it will leak out everywhere. You have to add water (or solution if you like ingesting propylene glycol for some reason), let the sponge inside absorb all the water it can, then turn it upside down and shake it gently so that any water not absorbed by the sponge comes out, then reinstall in your humidor. This last step of removing any liquid water that wasn't absorbed is very important.

Good for medicinal herbs
Been using these in silicon-sealed metal canisters for storage of medicinal herbs, so to speak, for three-plus weeks, and haven't had to refill them yet. The canisters are 6" high and 5" in diameter, and this item will keep them at well over 80% humidity, but I only wanted 65%, so I found that by not sealing the lids, but leaving the latch in place (i.e., not pulling it down to force the seal) I can maintain 65% humidity in a room of around 50% humidity. So for $5 per container, this has been a more economical solution than investing in an actual wooden humidor, and the herbal material is in fine shape, with no mould or excessive dryness. And they stick to the inside of the lid thanks to adhesive backing and take up minimal space.

It works
Holding % well while upside down on the window of my humidor. Make sure you just wet the sponge, it’s not meant to be filled with liquid just a saturated sponge.

I don't write negative reviews, ever...
I purchased the Quality Importers HUMI-F75. The day it was delivered I filled it with high-quality humidor-fluid, following the included instructions, and placed it into one of my humidors. A few hours later I checked up to get sat-reading (I have digital hygrometers + analog in my humidors) and fluid had leaked from the puck. *Please note, where I use pucks, I don't mount but lay them flat. So much fluid leaked, in fact, that I lost three relatively prized smokes. I jumped on Amazon and they replaced the product, quickly. I received the replacement Quality Importers HUMI-F75 today and again, following the instructions and even pouring some of the fluid out and wiping thoroughly w/ a towel, placed the supposedly new puck on a counter. Ten minutes later, fluid everywhere. Two strikes - you're out! (You may be asking yourself, why does this guy use pucks in humidors w/ high-end cigars? Well, this is an older humidor with sentimental value and it wasn't designed to hold more high-tech humidity devices. Either way, this puck can't be trusted...at least the two I received.)

How to reload
The humidifier looks very nice, but if you stick it to the lid with the stick it comes with how do you re-fielded it back later on if it is glued to box lid?

I've been using this for about 6 months now. It works great. The small size was a surprise. I have a large humidor (50-60 capacity), and I have to recharge the humidifier often.
