Work great

These scent removers do work however they come damaged INSIDE the package. When you open the package they are torn and leak out the scent material.

Must have for cat owners

I doubted the claims made by Catit about the Magic Blue Cat Litter Box Air Purifier. I looked through reviews and thought, why not take a chance? It's a good price, so I might at well give it a try. This purifier far surpassed my expectations. I have 3 kittens and the difference these 2 tiny little filters inside this convenient small contraption made is AMAZING. I noticed a difference fairly quickly, but I really noticed it when I ran out of the filters that go inside of the blue part and went a few days without it in the litter box. I will not go without these again. Catit did an amazing job with this product ???? I can not smell cat pee at all anymore and it seriously cuts down on the smell of poos. Of course, I also clean the litter box twice a day, and every so often three times a day when needed. If you're not cleaning your litter box properly, it's going to smell. Period. So far, I have not had any issues with the adhesive part like I saw in some other reviews. The refills came in quickly. The box was a little crushed, but the filters themselves were just fine. I'm so happy to have found this product!!

Works wonders, adhesive doesn’t stick well but not horrible to fix!

So I’m going to start by saying that I filtered through a lot of products and reviews and ended up giving this a try. And boy oh boy I’m so happy I did! This this works WONDERS! It really takes away the pee smell and you can’t even tell we have a cat. Now this being said we clean our litter box twice a day so if you’re not maintaining your box then obviously there will be a smell. There is no cure all for the smell if you’re not on top of it. If you’re cleaning your litter box like you should be then yes this thing will completely take away any left over smell and helps litter go longer in my opinion because there isn’t a strong odor. The only thing I have to say that I dislike is the fact that it only sticks on for a month and then the adhesive just wears away, but replacement stick on pads are so cheap so it’s honestly not a huge downfall. Also this product is cheap so replacing the box all together after 6 months makes sense anyways and it’s not like it’s crazy loss of money to do it. In my opinion you get a bang for your buck!

Adhesive sucks but it works!!

Works great, it's just that the adhesive kinda sucks so you gotta figure out a different way to stick it to the box. But that's fine!

Much better than expected!

I had serious doubts that these Catit Air Purifiers would work at all, but took a chance because of the reviews. These definitely do work! I installed and kind of "forgot about it". I have one of those litter box containers that looks like "nice furniture", so it mounted inside (alcohol wiping always helps when adhering anything). I didn't change the filter for a couple of months and suddenly started noticing a litter box odor. As soon as I changed the filter, the odor diminished. Yes, these have proven themselves!

Defective

The cartridge works and sticks just fine but the two filters that were included were defective. There’s a hole in both bags and everything poured out of them.

Great odor control and fits every litter box

This product is great. It reduced the faul smell of my kitties’ ????. I have three litter boxes and three cats and about a ton of????: one 3-year-old Siamese, and two kittens I recently adopted from the local rescue shelter, so the Siamese can have some playmates. Both kittens, have had soft stool for some time, since they arrived from the shelter, and it was really bad. The Magic Blue air purifier was fantastic. I bought three and put one in each litter box. It lasts about a month, but would have probably lasted even longer, had their stool been normal. Catit is just a great brand. Almost everything they make is excellent. And their customer service was fantastic. I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff from them via Amazon and directly from them. I am actually thinking about buying an extra Magic Blue Air Purifier for my kitchen garbage can. You can purchase the refills separately and you get 6 per box, so since you need only 2 per cartridge, that’s a 3 month supply if you only have one litter box, or a monthly supply, if you have three, like me. Buy Catit Magic Blue Jumbo litter box, btw too, (Amazon does not sell that particular kind, you’ll have to go directly to catit website, but each litter box comes with the Catit Magic Blue Air purifier cartridge and 2 refills). Since I bought it, all three cats are doing their business there!!! I’m cleaning the litter box twice a day (because of the soft stool from the two kittens), and the Magic Blue Air purifier is paramount in controling that odor. What you also need to know about it is that it absorbs the stench rather than camouflage it with a scent, which is what I really like about it, and you’ll be able to put it in no matter what litter box you have (even the round dome, which I have). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent odor control; imperfect attachment for box.

No miracle worker, but I truly feel there's a sincere improvement with using this! In terms of smell control, it met or exceeded my expectation (which were modest). However, the star was deducted because of the container (which, sadly, did meet my expectation). My kitty LOVES to smack at her box; she's a very enthusiastic (but poor) cover-er. So, she rubs walls and ceilings and the floor outside her box. This lasts a full five minutes or more. So, of course, she knocked it down the very first time she put it to the test (with great ease, I might add). I don't even think the adhesive or attachment would stand the test of a less enthusiastic smacker. The box faces a partial wall. And I've attached it there, just across from the opening. This seems to still work well for odor control (probably would work even better inside the box). Also, in that position, she's only knocked it down a few times (very enthusiastic tortoiseshell). You have nothing to lose by trying this, especially at this price (5.99). I highly recommend it, though I do wish the box were easier to secure.

Does the job, happy kitties happy human noses,

In my 14 cat household I need all the help possible to eliminate smells from the litter boxes as you can imagine, these do the trick although I do use two in every litter box, big litter boxes, they do eliminate the odour, I have 10 females & four males, all of different ages, so you can imagine the need to keep things fresh and clean and using this with other helpful kittie fresh products does the job, I stick them on the top of the box near the trays own filter and let them do their job ???? This works

I have a male cat, 8 months old, who stays indoors so uses the litter tray all the time. The Ammonia smell from the tray was really intense, I was changing the litter 2 or 3 times a week. I found Catit on the web, thought I would try it, but was dubious. It has made an enormous difference. I recommend trying this if you have a similar problem. Watch the Catit video before installing.

It really works

I was sceptical of this product, but also very desperate to find something that helps! I was already in the habit of scooping number 2s as and when they happened, but there was always a lingering stench long after the deed was done, this filter really helps with that making any lingering smells dissappear much faster than by just opening a window! I've found it also "mutes" smells so much so I can't actually tell my cat has been unless I walk right past the litter box The sticker to attach to the litter box is very strong and the product itself is not flimsy.

That strong musky male cat urine odour.

It seems to have greatly minimised the strong musky ammonia from our non neutered male cat. I nearly didn't buy after reading reviews but then I did question whether or not people were taking the satchet out of the wrapper before placing in the plastic container or they just got a bad batch idk. I do think use of this long term cost wise is going to be very expensive but I bought this out of desperation. My cat is indoor (he actually hates outside) It scares him so no chance of him going out to relieve himself. I'm looking at electronic means of odour control until we have him neutered.

Brilliant and very effective

These are great, I have a multicat household and these really work reducing the smell. I've had no problems with it falling off, I cleaned the area first to make sure there was no dust etc and even though I have a boy who really goes to town burying his business it's holding firm. I always used hooded trays with those carbon pads and they were useless so I'm very impressed with these. Mines over a month and still going strong also! Definitely worth it!
