after stretching hose, it was about 16 foot long, was higher priced that the 20 ft hose I bought before but need it fast, shipping was awesome!!! looks like a very well-made hose. hope it will stretch out more over time.

Nice hose for dust collection

Built my own dust collection system with 2"PVC and this hose works perfectly. Just the right size. Seems to be quality (time will tell) and easy to cut. Although the wire in it is pretty tough, which is good. Just took some muscle to cut through the wire. I also like how the wire ridge is on the outside of the hose, so it won't mess with the air flow. Been using it for a few months now and nothing to complain about. I did not measure it, but was more than enough to hook up everything I wanted and even enough for a aux hose to hook up my palm sander and more. Shipped quick and packaged well. More than happy with my purchase. (UPDATE) I've been using this hose for some time and have had NO problems. Sure don't see why any one says it tears easy, mine (2-1/2") is very sturdy and I've had no tears or rips. I like it so much I ordered another 20ft for my ever expanding dust collection system. Couldn't be happier.

Product is fine, packaging was bad and straps that bound the hose were too tight bending the metal wires

Works for Fill Tube for Kirby

POWERTEC 70144 Heavy Duty 2-1/2-Inch x 20-Foot PVC Flexible Dust Collection Hose, Clear Color This works for Fill Tube for Kirby Legend 2 and Kirby Heritage vacuum machines, fits like a glove. 16 to 18 inches worth per fill tube. You can make it longer, it's the first few inches at the bottom that gets bombarded with vacuum debris that creates the failure point, then could just cut off those few inches and stick back on, provided it was made that much extra long to begin with. Cut your own Kirby Fill Tubes to length and you don't need to buy the factory part - Kirby 190384 Fill Tube Good stuff though, tuff and wire wound, need wire cutter to cut the wire when cutting to length..

Got the full 20 feet

I just unpacked this today and I haven't used it yet, so this review may change in the future. However, when I was buying I saw some reviews say they were shorted significantly and that made it tough to click buy. I was prepared to be mad about a short hose. I just wanted to say I received the full ordered length. It appears to be a quality product at first glance. Time will tell.

Perfect

Why buy those crappy home hardware store hoses when this is much better. Softer more flexible plastic and much longer. I originally planned to cut this into shorter parts as needed but I left it long and it reaches all parts of my home shop. Hose fittings seal well and stay put. I'll buy another when needed and cut to length whenever I end up making more permanent hose runs. I currently and using the two rigid hoses as permanent lines, and when I setup more I'll use this. Does not shrink a ton like Rocklers blue hoses but this easily moves out of the way unlike the hard plastic rigid brand hoses.

like the hose just disappointed that sections of it were pushed in to where it was not round ,4 spots including both ends , will have to save for backup but will buy a different brand

Only around 15-16ft and price hiked by 50% when I needed to order more since it was short of the 20ft advertised. Not happy...

Used this item to hook up a dust collector in my shop.Have only had it going for two wks but have had no problems so far.Looking like it is going to work really well

These hoses are a great improvement from what I had, good quality plastic and should last a while. My only complaint is they have wire braiding and if you step on the hose it bends the wire and loses its shape. But you can bend it back by hand so it's a small issue
