Sturdy and well designed
Building a trio of benches for the shop and wanted to have them easily moved around the shop area. Bought one set of casters and 2 quick plates. So far they are holding up very well though I've only had them for 2 months. These were recommended to me by a friend how has been using these for 2 years with zero issues.

Sturdy Casters
Installed these casters as soon as they were delivered. Working on my first real workbench which I believe will last me for the rest of my life. Because my garage is a small shop mobility is crucial. My best guess is my bench weighs about 200lbs. Casters are heavy and sturdy and the wheels glide very well. I installed the quick release plates and the wood screws provided have a rounded head which gets in the way of the back plate of the casters. Picked up wood #14 screws 2” from the big box store to solve the problem. My legs are almost 4” thick. Thus far I have no complaints and highly recommend these casters for heavy items. Pros Easy installation Quality casters Heavy and sturdy Wheels glide with ease Cons - needed to pick the proper screws for my setup

The invention of the wheel.
We’re moving and wanted to take my workbench since I built it to take heavy abuse and no one sells anything as good as I could build it. I got these wheels and initially thought I made a mistake because they didn’t seem to heavy duty. These wheels mount to different ways , screwing then directly to the legs or thru bolting a plate onto the legs so u can remove the wheels. I did this. I had to buy 4” long bolts since my legs were 4x4 ( heavy duty) they come with 2” bolts. No problem. I attached the plates and wheels , and just like that I had a mobile work bench ! I went one step future and didn’t bother emptying it before moving. The casters moved this bench like nothing was on it or in it. I’m not sure how much this weighs , but there’s 6-4x4 legs , double 4x8 x3/4” birch plywood on top , shelves below for tools. I’m sure I exceeded the weigh limit for these wheels but the important thing is now I can wheel my workbench onto a moving van ! It’s a guy thing .....

Very Solid Build, Quick Release Plates Made for Easy Mounting
I ordered this product to add mobility to a reasonably heavy wooden workbench that I purchased at Harbor Freight. The bench can hold 450 lbs. + it's weight of 115 lb. These Powertec casters were rated for more than that weight and are very solidly built. They are a little more expensive than competing similar makes, but I figured the $ difference was not that great, so I went for what appeared to be best quality. I installed the Quick Release Plates prior to assembling the workbench for ease of installation. The instructions and template provided worked impeccably, and, when the workbench was complete, I attached the wheels and everything fit fine. Note 1: The wooden legs of the workbench were wider than the included bolts, so I bought 8 bolts (1/4") of the proper length (2.5") and they worked well. Note 2: You can use the same casters on multiple benches if you purchase additional Quick Release Plates separately. Overall, an online purchase that worked out very well with a little prior research.

Waste of Money
I purchased this item along with the quick release mounting brackets. I installed the quick release mounting brackets on two workbenches with the goal of moving the wheels to the workbench I would be using at that time. Two issues: 1. When rolling the cart around my workshop the wheels will periodically hit the mounting brackets and stop rolling.....then I have to change directions to get it rolling again. 2. There is a little drop at the end of the garage, so when I go to roll the workbench outside to make my cuts, the front wheels that drop off first fall UNDER the workbench. This stops the bench from rolling. I then have to lift the workbench and reposition the wheels to get the workbench rolling again. Both of these issues are very frustrating, I have been making changes to the workbench in hopes that I can resolve some of these issues. Nothing has worked so far. I purchased the items on January 14, 2023 and am now 2 days past my return window. Don't waste your money on this item unless you will only be working on a flat surface (forever) and don't mind dealing with frustrating issues.

Great system...greater if you replace the casters for 75mm ones...and hardware
These are a great option for moving your heavy workbench easily...unfortunately the casters are too small. If by any means you need to move your workbench with little debris on the ground you will get stuck. I would also suggest to add thick washers to any potential spots where the bolt goes through, as there is potential for bending (see pictures) Other than that the system is great and very useful. I would recommend it.

Works as intended. Screws could be improved
98% nice product! The template made for easy fitting to my workbench. Surprisingly little effort needed to lower the wheel. Deduct one star for the quality of the screws supplied. I pre-drilled the holes into timber, but using my impact driver, the Philips heads of a couple of the screws were too easily deformed and the black paint tarnished. Using better quality steel screws for this premium priced product would be appreciated!

Not good on uneven floors
I purchased two sets of these wheels to use on woodworking benches. I cannot understand why there are so many positive reviews on Amazon. If you look at the pictures you will see the wheel pointing away from the leg of the frame. When you move in the opposite direction and the wheel rotates towards the leg I find the wheel often over rotates and folds under itself. (the silver arm the castor attaches to is no longer at 90 degrees to the workbench leg but rather it is at 180 degrees with the workbench leg) When it does this the bench can no longer move. It is incredibly frustrating. This is a very poorly designed product and I don't think it is fit for purpose. I feel totally cheated by this product.

powerful enough to lift a full cupboard
well I didn't want or have space to empty the cupboard so this was a risk I was willing to take and how good is that lifts the cupboard no problems, we are talking a heavy bastard here, could not move it from the middle of the room and this just made it easy as... great purchase
