Sturdy hamper
I’ve only had this hamper for a week but I’m very happy that I bought it. It fits perfectly in my closet and I’m sure it will last for years. I would recommend ironing the bag if you plan to have it in the open. Wish I did that before I assembled it.

the best laundry cart I've ever had
I love this laundry cart for many reasons. this purchase is my second time buying it. I had my first one for almost 7 years and somehow I lost a wheel recently. I was hoping I could find the same exact cart as I loved it so much...it's been perfect so I was so excited to find it again on Amazon. Here's why I love it. It's very easy to assemble and no tools are needed other than a rubber mallet if you have one. it comes with a little wrench. It's made of a sturdy steel frame and has a sturdy canvas bag with 3 separate compartments to sort whites, medium or colored and dark laundry. the wheels are also sturdy and the cart rolls easily. 2 wheels have locks on it if you want to make sure it stays in place but I rarely need to use them. it stays in place easily without using the locks. all this and it's very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Lastly, I think it's attractive and just big enough.

(Still) Good quality
UPDATE: Still love this sorter. I must have had it for 3.5 years now. It survived a cross country move (taken apart of course) and when we got here, my six-year-old put it together, no problem. Looks as shiny and nice as the first day I used it. Except for the divider parts, but that’s my fault for putting loads of clothes on the dividers. They a little saggy. I’ve had no trouble with the toggles or loops. If other buyers are having trouble with those, maybe they need to move the top bar down a notch or two. The bottom of the bags should be resting on the bottom metal piece so that the bag doesn’t tear from the weight of the laundry. And if they did tear quickly, maybe your product was defective and you should contact Whitmor directly. I love this laundry sorter. I'm guessing I've had it for years (just came across it in my old orders). It's very sturdy. Wheels move well. Hasn't fallen apart yet, like the cheap plastic one that sits next to it. I used it outside at my garage sale a couple years ago to hang baby clothes on. No issues!

Someones junk is my treasure!
I am only giving this 2 stars as the box I received was a RETURNED SORTER. All parts had been put into food baggies and it appears one black washer was missing (3 instead of 4 in baggy). I struggled to get the snaps on so that the pipes and shelves were sturdy enough to hold canvas. Finally my husband came to the rescue and he got it all together without the missing item and with the wobble. However it was tricky, here are some hints.. the black ends of the pipes go UP, not down, as common sense would indicate. (actually the person who returned it put the black ends DOWN and they were dirty, so I knew I wasn't the only idiot doing it backwards) The black snaps thingies do not snap all the way together and when you put them on the bottom of each pipe be sure to use the 2nd line up on the pipe NOT the first to line up, and same with the top snaps. If you do this, when you put the shelves on it will be study. Why did I keep it? The canvas is great! So despite the fact that it was a returned item, missing a part and frustrating to put together, in the end I really loved it! It replaces one I have had for 5 years, and this one is already filled with sorted laundry! LOL! YAY! Patience is needed.

Exactly what I wanted
I had a very narrow space between my washer and dryer for a clothes hamper and this fit perfectly. You can fit a lot of dirty laundry in the 3 separate compartments so sorting is very easy. I would recommend this to a friend -

Fantastic
I have a small laundry room, just off the bedrooms with a sliding door. The room is 6 feet by 8 feet. The cart is a perfect fit. It is also well built and easy to assemble. It took me about 20 minutes. I could offer two suggestions. You may find 4 rubber grommets floating someplace inside the box. They are from the bottom of the 4 pipes, and easily snap back on before screwing in the wheels. The instructions will indicate that you must select a position for the upper frame and lower shelf. I used the third indentation from the top and the third indentation from the bottom. The sorter bag, which is all one piece completely divided into 3 sections, rests perfectly on the bottom shelf using these settings. Do not let the bottom of the sorter bag float in the air. It will tear.

Great look. Questionable stitching.
Fits perfectly and at first glance is going to be a great addition to my laundry room. Unfortunately, two of the support buttons fell off immediately. They don't seem to be very supportive anyway so I'm going to just cut the loop and make it a tie. We shall see how the rest of the stitching holds up. It does have a natural linen colour, off-white.

Pieces don't fit

Excelente idea pero es UNA BOLSA dividida en TRES
Lo tuve que devolver porque aun y cuando da la apariencia de ser tres bolsas, es una sola bolsa dividida en tres. Desgraciadamente al ser de manta y cuando se llenan las 3 bolsas es imposible hacer el movimiento sin que se rompa la bolsa. El producto estaria perfecto si fueran TRES BOLSAS
