Good with some minor tweak suggestions!

Nice, heavy duty laundry sorter with convenient hanger. Taller than other units I looked at which added to it's appeal as a place to hang items right out of the dryer or that required ironing without them hanging into the dirty bags of laundry underneath (ugh). Suggestions: 1: instructions could use a little tweaking. They say line up the two plastic sleeves at "double groves"on the poles, bud do not indicate whether you should be lining up the top or the bottom of the sleeves with the double groove. Also there were spacers to separate the shelving and initially it was not clear whether they were a required part of the unit or just packaging material (it was packaging material-not required for assembly). That could also have been addressed easily in the instructions. 2: Packing should be better, especially the corners/edges. The box looked like it had been kicked around during shipping? - corners were crunched - as result one of the shelves was bent, but not enough that I was willing to ship it back to get a new shelf. It would have been difficult to repackage and heavy for shipping. 3: Laundry bags are nice with a pull cord to close top, but not easy to grab and go to the laundromat. Each bag has four toggle buttons that have to be threaded through the frame and secured to a fabric loop on the bag. Not exactly a grab and go design. Overall it does the job I bought it for. Thus the 4 stars - lost a star due to my above comments.

Great product, easy assembly and very sturdy

We received this product and the box was a pretty beat up. When I opened it, everything was okay. The product is very durable, like the bakers racks I use in my garage. The assembly was a piece of cake. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble with just the parts and tools provided. It is very sturdy and I expect it will last a long time. The bags feel very durable also. The only suggestion for Whitmor is to use a thicker cardboard for the shipping box. The round parts of the shelves were what wore through the cardboard box and made it appear to have been beat up. I was a little concerned about the price, but compared to the other, cheaper and less expensive, units available through Amazon, this is well worth the price. Don't cheap out on the quality by buying a less expensive unit. I highly recommend this product!

Very Sturdy!

If you cannot afford this one right now, I will suggest you save and buy this one instead of the $40-$50 selling here. The material is similar to the shelves you see at dpt. stores. Very sturdy & Tall. The bags seem to be of recycleable material but who cares, dirty clothes will go in it anyways! & they look good & carry a lot of weight. I love it! It will probably last a lifetime! Highly Recommended!

Easy to build looks nice and is affordable But I wish they would have put a handle of some sort on it. It is tough to move through house and gets stuck on rugs

Can hold six laundry bags!

I read the measurements on a lot of these before purchasing this one. It's taller than most and so I was able to hang three laundry bags from the top. I bought the three extras from Amazon. Anyway, I have a total of six landry bags on mine. I love it!!! We're a family of six, and we have a lot of laundry! The six bags keep our laundry organized.

This is a great product though the instructions could use a little work

This is a great product though the instructions could use a little work. I had to wash one of the bags, it had gotten mold on it. Since I've washed the bag I can't get it back on the sorter. Though initially tight the loops to attach the bags are now so tight I can't get any of the loops back on at all and lost a button in the process. So far I've not had any luck finding replacement bags for the sorter. :-(

Damaged box, and bent shelving upon arrival.

The box looked like it had been thrown around a bit, 2 big holes at one end of the box and an open 5 inch area where the box opened. Upon opening, I found the shelving bent and broken black pieces of unknown plastic material inside the box. I had to return it, but reordered another. The return was easy and reorder of product a simple process. Hopefully, the next one gets to me undamaged.

Good size and quality. Easy to move.

The product was easy to assemble. Good quality. Perfect size to fit in smaller spaces while still being able to hold a good amount of laundry. Love having the handing bar for items that need to be air dried. Bar allows for enough space to hang alonger tunic top but not for dresses. Overall very pleased.

Bought this for the size and design….

Like the Whitmor Supreme Laundry Centre’s strong built and clean & simple design. The size is also perfect for me. The finish is good - EXCEPT the shelves’ sides - there are many sharp joints! My cleaning cloth gets caught in them (see pic) and make cleaning difficult. I was hesitant when i saw it was the last piece but at about S$100 cheaper i took a chance…. Since I’ve assembled it and love it (except the sharp joints!), decided to keep it. But I will think twice buying again.
