I had to super glue it
the top part with the hanger does not have the right part. The part that comes with it is not right, it goes down and does not stay in place. I had to super glue it.

This is what I can tell you about a “commercial” cart failing me with regular household use...
I’ve gone through TWO of these carts in 6 months. To describe this as “commercial” is not only a joke, but misleading and a bold-faced lie on the part of the manufacturer—it won’t even hold up to regular household use for a family of 3 people. I bought this in Feb 2017, and by the summer the cart had broken. Cart was replaced (more on that in a moment) and by September 2017 had broken again, same problem. 1) The wheels buckle because the plinth that goes inside the cart frame is very short and made of plastic. And because it’s plastic, once this happens, it can’t be fixed. A commercial-grade cart I had 10 years ago had wheels that screwed on. Metal parts = commercial grade. This buckling has happened on two wheels on two carts. Again, I’m a medium user at home. A cart that is well-designed and which cost $80 should not do this. 2) The laundry bags are made of a cheap synthetic fabric that tears easily. It would be one thing if, say, the seam ripped under the weight, but a) the bag tore in the middle, and b) I didn’t overfill the bag, and c) even if I stuffed the bag to the gills, I was promised a COMMERCIAL GRADE cart. 3) When I called the manufacturer to get replacement parts, the customer service rep asked me for the model number of the cart. Normally products have a label on them, but oh no, not this cart. Nope, the manufacturer conveniently absolves themselves of any responsibility by putting the identifying information ONLY ON THE INSTRUCTIONS. Which most people will throw away once cart has been assembled—I mean, “commercial” suggests once assembled it can’t be disassembled. The bored customer service rep curtly told me they couldn’t even look up their product by keyword. In other words, manufacturer’s attitude is, “Oh. Now you’re stuck with your cart that you allege is faulty. Nope, we can’t help you. Shoulda kept the manual.” 4) After no luck with manufacturer, I contacted amazon. At first amazon was reluctant to help, saying it was a manufacturer issue—which, yes, it was. It was only after I subsequently asked how I might make a complaint against a deceitful seller that an exception was made: amazon agreed to replace the cart. This is how I have had two carts in 6 months fail. 5) It’s also worth noting that I paid $80 for this cart in Feb 2017. By summer the price on amazon was a staggering $140. I don’t know what it is now. If my review hasn’t convinced you to steer clear of this cart (and probably manufacturer!) then make sure you don’t pay more than $15 on it. NOT commercial. NOT well-made. NOT worth $80-140. I will avoid all products made by this incompetent manufacturer, and you might like to too...

Terrible! Do not buy this.
This was the biggest waste of $99 ever! The bottom part of the unit is all scratched up and the metal is flaking off. The pieces do not go together even so the wheels are uneven, so rolling it is not even an option. Thankfully I have a better version of this so I was able to use the top piece from this piece of crap and put with the bottom of my old rack. Worst amazon purchase!

Awful milling, terrible parts, overall bad item - DO NOT BUY
In theory, this would be a great item. I've had a laundry caddy with a bar to raise and hang laundry before, and it lasted years, but finally needed a new one. This looked even better than the old one with a metal grill for the bottom to hold up the bags. Unfortunately, nothing is made well with this set. The "chrome" started chipping almost immediately, the wheels looked old, used, and some of the ball bearings seemed broken. When it came to the holes that you were supposed to fit screws through, they were all milled at different sizes and the screws were difficult to get through. Felt like you had to break the item just to try and put it together. Other than that, the plastic pieces that are supposed to lock the bars in for the hanging rack do not work at all, they will not close, meaning the rack cannot be held up. The pieces at the top that are supposed to fix the upper bar to the bars that slide in and out, is simply way too big for the bars they give you, the pieces will just slide on and off, making it completely un-usable. No chance I'll ever be buying anything from this manufacturer at all and will most likely avoid these types of items on Amazon in the future to be honest - not worth risking paying over $100 to get garbage that you'll have to take apart and send back anyway. Worst purchase experience on Amazon yet. I thought I'd be getting what I paid for by spending up in this regard but what a waste of money.

Worth the money
I find this is definitely worth it. It's not too big. But it holds a lot of laundries. The castors are nice and smooth, making them easy to maneuver. The bonus is the above rack. I don't dry my shirts or sweaters, so hanging them right there is very convenient.

Best laundry hamper ever!
This is wonderful, I just love it. We use the hanging bar to dry dirty towels and cloths before putting them in the canvass bags. Eliminates any chance of mold on the bags.
