Great Cart!
We do alot of festivals and shows - this cart has been an absolute workhorse. Easy for 1 person to get out of our car, easy setup and fold down. Wheels are great and easy to maneuver. Easy put together! This was a great addition to our portable setup

The truck is reasonably well constructed. The blue cloth covering on the load surface is a joke plain and simple. The blue cloth is almost flimsy as heavy weave surgical gauze or new self adhesive ace bandages. The truck is made of moderate gauge tube steal not the best quality but moderately strong. The tube steel in this truck is not dirt cheap tube steel of a ghetto fabulous glass and chrome $99.00 dinette set either. The wheels roll easily when spun by hand and when on the floor. The wheels of this cart roll better on a hardwood, marble or tile floor and roll far worse on a plush carpeted floor. This carts wheels roll reasonably well on commercial grade short carpet and asphalt surfaces. The carts wheels do not handle pot holes or irregularities in surfaces very well as it bottoms out easily. The cart recovers well when it does encounter less than perfect surfaces. The cart handles the gap between floor and elevator car with remarkable ease. I live in a 35 year old building that still has its original Otis Elevators that do not always stop level with the floor. This cart managed to climb or recover from floor elevator gap issues without any heavy lifting. The wheels on the cart are just wide enough that they wrong easy slide into the gap between elevator and floor. As expected the cart slows in grass and dirt surfaces. Rolling this cart across any muddy surfaces is just asking for trouble as the wheels bog down quickly. This carts plastic wheels are generally solid but I would not press my luck with a shifting load. My cart carried 600 pounds of 12" by 12" granite tile ten to a box @ 6 pounds per tile 600 Pounds from loading dock to my condo without an issue. Only sign of weakness this cart showed was lots of handle flex when we were turning the cart to line up with the elevator doors. With a full 600 pound load the handle felt like it would break away from the attachment points as I turned it slowly. My big strong 320 pound giant of a brother snapped it around quickly before the handle had a chance to break. The joys of having a brother who is a big ole brute. The packing the truck came in arrived at my home almost undamaged and certainly unopened. The actual box the truck came in was inside another larger ugly but intact box. All the parts of the hand truck were in the box. I am no handy man and I had this hand truck together and ready for use inside 15 minutes of getting it out of the box. Affixing the wheels to the cart was rather straight forward screw the bolts in holes to hold the wheels in place. The box contained 4 wheels in total. 2 front rotating wheels for steering and 2 rear fixed position straight wheels for stability of the cart. As for the weight capacity of the cart my 320 pound brother stood on the cart as I rolled him around the house over wood floors, marble floors and short pile commercial carpet. The cart rolled with relative ease in each case. Steering the cart with a 320 pound dude as a passenger was easy enough even with my physical disabilities. I am a 5 foot 8 inch dude so for me the trucks handle height is perfect for me. My baby brother is 6 feet 8 inches tall the handle is no where near comfortable position for his use, (poor old dude looks like a hunch back pushing this cart!). Anyone over 6 feet would likely feel back discomfort if using this cart over long periods according to my large size little brother. The handle folds in but the mechanism to fold the handle is very hard to use and not very intuitively designed. I had no problems securing the carts four wheels. All four wheels bolt holes lined up correctly with their respective holes on the underside of the cart. I was able to tightly secure the bolts with a simple pair of pliers without assistance. My cart came with no directions but they were hardly needed in my case. Despite its looks this is not a heavy duty hand cart but; neither is it a cheap child's toy that will break easily with light to moderate use. This is a light to moderate duty hand truck that would easily last 10 through years of lite to moderate duty if well taken care of and protected from the elements. This truck is like any other tool, buy the right tool for your job or purpose. Next treat this tool with respect and it should serve you well for many years. I like this hand truck for the lite to moderate duty jobs I have to do this truck is just right. For the price paid this truck is a reasonable value for its quality not a steel but a nice price.

Fine cart, lack of support
This cart is easy to assemble and works like a charm. That said, we were missing a machined screw and after two calls we still haven't received it.

Very versatile cart
This is a perfect cart to have if you live in an apartment! It’s replaced the use of my collapse wagon cart. I can stack boxes on boxes on boxes. I’ve used it to move, pick up packages, bring in groceries, and the handle bar lays flat for quick and easy storage. The price felt a bit steep, but I get tons of use out of it.

SO glad I bought these.
Bought two of these to move my elderly mother (so I am an older lady, too!) into a new apartment in her same complex. First, they are not very heavy but still pretty good quality. I was able to lift them in the boxes and to put them together with no problem. Attaching the wheels was easy and quick. You will need your own wrench though. No big deal. I actually put the wheels on the opposite way the instructions stated as that was how I wanted the cart to move. Between heavy furniture and all the boxes they held up really well! They were used over sidewalks and I had no issues with the wheels, although they were a little loud. I wish they were a tad bit longer, but then I may have had problems fitting them in my car. The folding handle is also a nice feature. Although I probably won't use them often it is nice to have them when the need arises.

Pretty essential to have around for carrying heavier things
Overall assembly of the wheels were straightforward with only requiring a wrench to get all the nuts and bolts torqued. Once installed, the movement of all the wheels and the whole assembly of the flatbed works perfect with little to no issues. Even though the product that I have is rated for 600+ lbs, I would be very skeptical in taking such a load over gravel or other rougher terrains with knowing that I may jeopardize the construction. I have yet to use this for a longer period of time so only time will tell if this product begins to show age quicker but for mild applications, it has been more than sufficient in saving my back.

Sturdy and efficient truck!
The platform truck was perfect for our needs. Easy fit into our hatchback with the rest of our stock. Transported all the necessary material in two easy trips. Sturdy and well built, it will be part of my equipment for a long time to come.
