Great cart, but missing parts
This will be a great cart to use when I am setting up and tearing down my display for vendor shows, but I did have a problem when installing the wheels. I had all of the bolts, but not all of the nuts- 2 were missing. The box was ripped open and very loosely taped together when I received it. I’m not sure if it was like this from the vendor or USPS. The small parts (bolts, nuts, wrench) were not secure inside of the box, so the nuts either fell out somewhere along the way, or were not put in the box when packing it. I just put the cart together and need to use it tomorrow for a vendor show. I’m hoping it’s not a big deal to use it with 2 bolts/nuts missing

Easy to maneuver.
I love my cart. Easy to maneuver and has a nice size platform. Handle is not really tall but that suits me perfectly since I'm 5'2". The most I've had on it so far is 100 lbs. And it works great. Great quality

Again, damaged.
Update: my husband oiled the bar and the springs and inside the yellow pieces. The handle goes up and down super well now although a week later I think I already need oil in the springs. It's pretty obvious the bar in the springs will have to be oiled probably every week because they're already developing surface rust again. It rolls very well. It is NOT whisper quiet as advertised. Those wheels are just as loud as the rubber wheels on my steel hand truck. So the whole point to me getting this for the quietness....total fail. It's working. Honestly, that's about all I can say for it. This is the second one. The first one was so pitted and had deep rust on the bar and in the springs and the springs probably would have broken and nothing flat as much as it was rusted. This one is in good enough shape, I can oil it down and hopefully that will solve the issue. The piece on the handle is bent. I'm thinking something too heavy was placed on top of it at some point. It had been out of the box before just like the first one and sent back. This one the nuts and bolts were everywhere but at least the wheels were not pitted and rusted and all the nuts and bolts are there although some of them have slight surface rust. I don't know where they're storing these things but it's not a good thing. Will update when I know how well it works.

GREAT ITEM
Great item. My husband and I both have imperfect backs and are older so this is perfect for us when we want to move heavier things around our house. I have not used outside but I intend to use for bringing my Christmas decorations in from the storage unit. Great item!

Great cart! Seller even sent me a replacement platform after mine arrived punctured!
Super handy cart with a high weight limit! My only small complaint would be that the texture on the cart doesn't stop things from sliding off. It would be nice if there were some kind of non skid or rubber grip material on the top of the platform to prevent this. -1 star for that, but it's nothing that I can't add to it myself.

Great product, one missing hex nut!
I like product, but main packaging was torn in a corner and box with parts was torn and bag with all nuts and bolts inside was torn open, so just scattered in box and one hexagonal bolt was missing. Not going to return. Will go to hardware store to find a match. My fault for not counting before I started assembling. Oh well. I do like the product. It's replacing a different brand I bought about 15 years ago that was stolen. Hope it lasts as long.

Very good
Sturdy and well made. Only needed to install casters, no problem. I would recommend. I am using this to help with unloading my truck at events. Saves me a lot of steps and with the folding handle it makes it easy to store.

Insufficient packaging - arrived missing parts
First of all, the product appears to be fairly well made and sturdy. Unfortunately, the internal box holding the casters and hardware (screws, nuts, wrench) had opened - and the outside box is made of cheap imported cardboard. Lots of holes in the outside box (it was heavy and looked like it had been dumped end over end) and half of the hardware to assemble the cart was missing. Home Depot fortunately carries metric bolts and nuts, so $20 and 90 minutes later, I had the cart assembled. The back steel panel is also pretty thin, and the loose casters did a number on it. Some pop rivets and effort to straighten it made the entire cart usable. The cart itself seems pretty sturdy - time will tell now that I can start using it!

It's a pretty decent cart.
Pros- Easy to attach wheels and gives you a wrench to help with that. Swivel wheels are like butter! Great for moving into apartments. Cons- The box was kinda battered and it was hard to get it out as a nail was keeping it in place. I massacred that box to get the main part out.
