We have a bent roller and it has never been full loaded with plywood Always used on flat concrete floor Now caster drags and has to be repaired

This is my second one of these...

Amazing that I cannot get this locally. I was so please that Amazon was still carrying them. This item makes moving so much easier. The wheels are quite and swivel with ease. The railings go on rather easily. This made moving mattresses, furniture, and electronic equipment easy. It handles a lot of weight. My only complaint was you no longer had the one with the carpeting on each end. One item slipped off the metal while I was moving it from the truck. That little piece of carpeting stopped slippage.

Perfect Wood Sheet Storage

I do a lot of Halloween display projects and this cart is great for storing the stock that I need - plywood, sheetrock, rebar, mobile workbenches, etc. Easy to move around.

Buy with caution - both good and bad

The product is very well made. It did not include the wood ends, but I used some IPE 2x6 as I anticipate some heavy usage. The good: very well made, easy to assemble - literally open the box and insert the removable dividers. The casters are robust and roll easily even under heavy load (14 sheets of 3/4" cabinet plywood). The bad: no brake on the casters, rolls so easy that it is hard to load without it rolling if you want to slide materials in or out. The casters are set inboard a little from the edge and if the wheels are turned in and your load shifts to the outside it can tip over. The casters are welded on, so no practical way to replace them. I think that a unit with 2 non swiveling casters would provide better steering and the addition of a brake would be very helpful. the caster plates are set inside the 1-1/2" steel angle frame which puts the swivel point of the caster about 3-1/4" inside the outer frame edge. If the caster is swiveled to the inside of the cart the load point of the caster is almost 5-1/2 inches inside the outer frame, which can make for a tipping situation if your panel load shifts (tips) to the out side. It is solidly built, but if i had been aware of the potential for tipping, I would not have bought it. I will probably use this more as a lumber cart than a sheet goods cart, and stick wit my one sided sheet rock cart for sheet goods. There are a number of them on Amazon. I prefer one with 2 fixed casters and a brake.

well built

the only improvement this needs is a brake. Use it in a bedding store and its great, only disadvantage is we are on a hill and it wants to roll away

It worked perfectly for me I Moved All My Furnitures with this dolly by myself very helpful and is a strong dolly. They only thing I found unsafe is the the blue bars you can removed them but when you attache them back to the dolly it doesn’t have a safety pins to secure it so You have to be carefully it doesn’t come out when you pulling the dolly up or downgrade. But Great Dolly I’ll give 4 starts for not have the safety pins.

Very useful in a warehouse

I guess this thing was designed to move around moveable office partitions. I'm sure it would work great for that. I bought it for a very different purpose. To mobilize some large, heavy boxed in a warehouse. We have stuff come and go all the time. Lately we have been receiving boxed that are up to 8 feet x 4 feet x 1 foot, and up to 100 pounds. The contents is semi fragile, so dragging them around, or banging them around is not a good idea. This cart went together in a minute or two. I chocked the two rear wheels and started placing the big, long, heavy boxes on it. The cart is rated at 1,000 pounds, and I had maybe 400 pounds on it. The swivel casters worked perfectly. The cart rolls easily. I can move these big, giant, awkward boxes with ease now and get them out the way easily when needed. Now, if somebody will just order this stuff so we can ship it out of here.
