Top quality
My family does not like iced cakes so a variety of Bundt pans adds nice dimension to an otherwise uninteresting cake.

The Nordic Ware Jubilee Bundt Pan Is Amazing!
This is a great bundt pan. I purchased the pan right before Christmas, along with a cake stand/cover (in the picture), and both items work great. I used the pan to make a Bacardi Rum Cake for Christmas Day Dessert. The cake released from the pan perfectly, without a crumb stuck to the pan. If you follow the Nordic Ware instructions on their website, or watch the many You Tube video instructions for these bundt pans, you can't go wrong. Basically here is what I did. 1) Wash & dry the bundt pan. 2) Mix cake per instructions. 3) Grease bundt pan using "Bakers Joy" oil and flower spray.4) Use a clean paint brush to get the "Bakers Joy" in all of the crevices of the pan. 5) Pour in the cake batter. 6) Tap the pan on a hard flat surface a few times to get rid of all air bubbles in the batter. 7) Tilt the pan in all directions so that the batter coats the sides of the pan about 2 inches above the batter line all the way around. 8) Bake the cake per recipe instructions (1 hour in this case). 9) Remove the cake from the oven, and let it cool exactly 10 minutes (right side up). 10) Take a non-metallic knife and gently work it around the edge between the cake and the pan. 11) Put a plate on top of the pan, and invert. 12) Tap the bottom of the pan all the way around with a wood spoon, or similar object. 13) Lift the pan off the cake. The cake will release perfectly, and fall right out of the pan. The cake comes out moist and fluffy in the middle, and golden brown on the outside. I have made several cakes now, using this pan and method, and not one cake has stuck to the pan. I included a picture of the Christmas Rum Cake for everyone to see the results. I highly recommend this bundt pan. If you follow the instructions that I listed, the cake will come our perfectly every time.

Made this cake, the one on the wrapper and took it to a party but unfortunately i had to go to work, before the cake was cut, but by all reports everybody liked it. Then two days later ,made my panic cake , so called because i had made the gingerbread house and it looked too small, so made another jubilee cake too in a real rush with all sorts of ingredients i had never used before and it turned out to be a master piece, (yes i know, modest). Both of these cakes turned out of the pan easily, and the shapes certainly WOW. Had women coming up to me all the time, and the best part was the jubilee cake was still hot when we had to leave for the party so had to turn it out at the Christmas party so had the pan with me so they could all examine the it.. Lots of requests both for recipe and name of where to buy the pans, so it must be good. Not the boring run of the mill, dessert. Have bought the Bavarian pan for my daughter and the Sweet Rides pan for my daughter in law for my grandson. Started a new tradition this year, a bundt pan each Christmas for the two girls. They are expensive to ship to Australia but i think having an idea of what to get for future Christmases so far in advance makes it totally worth it.

Beautiful and easy to clean
I bought this as a gift for an excellent baker. She has been very pleased with how easy it has been to clean and how easy the cake comes out when the pan properly prepared. The unfrosted cake is half vanilla and half chocolate. The frosted cake hides the beauty of the design but holds lots of frosting. Icing glazes work so well, as there is lots of area for the glazes to coat.

Gorgeous!
This pan is equal in beauty to the Chrysanthemum Bundt Pan (my former all time favorite). It has a solid feel to it and the rim is more substantial than the Chrysanthemum bundt pan. The diamond pattern was striking in the photo and beautiful in person. The cake was gorgeous! I made red devils food cake for sharing at work, and the people at work greatly admired the Jubilee design. It bakes and releases as well as any Nordicware bundt pan with fewer nooks and cranies. However, greasing this pan is a bit more challenging than the Chyrsanthemum pan. There are many points to grease, and I use butter for this purpose. I found that despite my efforts, a tiny area did not get buttered. This became apparent when flouring the pan. It is so attractive that I may buy another to make multiples at the same time. I've used it once. But since I own at least 7 other "themed" Nordicware bundt pans, I know how they perform and this one is a keeper!

Another beautiful tin from Nordic Ware! I just love them! Too bad they are so expensive, otherwise I would get them all! Makes beautiful cakes that come out of the tin really easily, even though I don't use any special spray. I just spray the tin with sunflower oil and it works beautifully! And it is easy to wash too, just leave it full of warm water for half an hour and clean it with a brush! Love it!

Tin does all the hard work
I wanted an alternative to my xmas trees bundt tin so that I can use the same recipe all year round , although not easy to grease cakes came out perfectly and needed nothing more than a dusting of icing sugar to decorate them - well worth the money as you will use it over and over for all occasions

Fantastic quality like other Nordic Ware cake tins! Baked many cakes and they always turn out great. The tin is non stick and the end result always looks stunning. Very sturdy. Great quality I love that the glaze gets caught in the holes

wicked budnt pan.!!!.
THIS BUDNT PAN IS ONE CAKE PAN I LIKE THE MOST BECAUSE OF THE STYLE THE FIRST TINE I PUT IT TO THE TEST I WAS very pleased with how it turned out plan to do a better one soon .I would buy one again however I must admit that I want a different budnt pan slightly different style
