Perfect SMALL Bundt Pan
This is a 6-cup Bundt pan. Standard-sized Bundt pans are 10-12 cups. Please stop leaving low reviews because it’s smaller than expected or too small. It’s listed in the title of the item and description. It is the perfect size for Keto cakes, which tend to require smaller baking pans. See pictures of the Keto Lemon Cake that I made today. Next point, you must HAND wash this with mild soap and warm water. The manufacturer tells you so. Why? Because it has a coating on it. Use a gentle sponge. Those who claim that the cake came out easily the first time, but not in subsequent uses probably did not properly HAND wash the pan and messed up the coating. I recommend NOT using a knife or other metal utensil to loosen the cake. Use a spatula so you don’t scratch the coating. This is a wonderful pan that, if properly cared for, should become a family heirloom. The manufacturer says it is best to apply butter (or other grease) with a silicone brush and ensure you generously coat all the crevices. Don’t forget the center. I also greased the rim. See my picture of a properly greased pan. They also recommend flouring the pan. I didn’t find it necessary. I find flouring messy and harder to clean. Your choice. I cooled the cake for about half an hour and it readily came out. Place a plate on top of the cake in the pan and turn it upside down. You can see from my picture that the batter rose to the very top of the pan. It came out perfectly. I believe the max heat it can handle is 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It may look full-size in the pictures. It is HALF the size of a regular Bundt pan. Highly recommended.

Love this Bundt Pan with Handles
This is such a pretty little Bundt pan. It’s a 6 cup but you could use it during the holidays for food molds. I like it and because I also ordered the 12 cup Bundt pan I haven’t used it yet. Great for little individual birthday cakes and the such. I also the fact that it has handles to help plating your cake or food. ????

Over Priced
These are just like the full size anniversary bundt cake pan. I purchased two so that I could make individual mother's day cakes quickly. The cakes came out of the pan without any sticking (I sprayed them with a lot of Baker's Joy). The cakes are cute - just what I wanted. I do feel that these pans are very much over priced. The price of $45 is more than the full size pan, the full size 12 cup anniversary pan is only $39.95 on Amazon.

Simply the best
If you are a serious baker, cast aluminum Nordic Ware is hard to beat and well worth the price. I bake for Farmers Markets and use several of their 6 and 12 cup Bundt pans. They are very heavy cast aluminium and cook very evenly. The non-stick can use a little help, so I make up a little blend of palm oil and rice flour to coat the pan with; by the way, this is true with every non-stick pan I have ever used. Palm oil is great because it is a solid at room temperature and stays put when you brush a very thin coating on the pan. A word of caution, these pans are very strong and durable, but only if you treat them with the respect they deserve, no metal utensils, scouring or dishwashers. In the rare case where a cake sticks to the pan, just soak it in warm water until the residue softens, and then wash it out. A little trick re successfully removing your cake from the pan. Remember the cake is soft and fragile when it it hot, so let it cool until barely warm before removing it from the pan. Do not let it get cold because the oils will congeal and stick to the pan which is a recipe for disaster. If you get busy doing something else and the pan over cools, just put it back in a warm oven for 2-3 minutes and then the cake will come out nicely. Enjoy.

Very nice Bundt pan
I ordered to replace a pan that was ruined by dishwasher pods. (I'm new to them). Being aluminum, I thought it would be on the flimsy side. I was surprised it had some wieght to it and it is very pretty also. I enjoy the handles when removing from the oven. It was a good purchase, true to it's demensions and I will only wash by hand.

A mini bundt pan to go with my KitchenAid mini mixer.
This is a beautiful, sturdy little pan. It's half the size of the usual large bundt pan one associates with a bundt cake, but otherwise looks the same. It feels sturdy and solid. The handles make for super-easy flipping when you put a plate over the top of the baked cake to remove the cake from the pan. I've been spraying with Baker's Joy making sure to get all the nooks & crannies without creating puddles, and I wait 10 minutes after removing from oven before I flip the cake out of the pan. It falls out, perfectly. It's easy to clean with just a small bit of extra attention from the sponge to make sure that each crevice is grease-free before drying. I've been halving normal-sized recipes for bundt cakes, making sure I don't fill the batter higher than 1.25" from the top, and it's made excellent, pretty little cakes. This would also make a lovely gift for anyone baking for one, two, or a small family. Kind of luxurious, fun and useful all at the same time.

Very expensive but an excellent bundt pan. Very small - good for a small family.
Produces a good-looking sponge with distinct and well-defined ridges. This is a small cake pan suitable for a small family. (The larger version ASIN B00004RFQ4, which I also recommend, is for a dinner party or a large family.) It's probably best for a 3-egg or maybe even a 2-egg batter. For my first go I used a 4-egg batter but the sponge outgrew the tin and came out looking like a Weeble and I had to cut off the base. You don't need as much icing as for a conventional 8-inch diameter 2-layer sandwich cake. My first attempt ended up rather overloaded, as I'd made my usual recipe then mistakenly kept adding it to the bundt as I didn't want to waste it. For its small size the tin's very expensive (almost as much as the larger version) but it's good value if you use it a lot. As you'd expect from this brand it's sturdy and well-made, so much so that if you look after the non-stick coating (no metal tools, handwash) the pan will last forever (in fact you don't need to use any tools on the tin at all). This worked: Very thoroughly and very liberally coated the pan with 'baking spray' (not 'cooking spray'), using a pastry brush. Put in batter (see photo for level), banged tin down on a padded surface, rolled batter around tin. Put cake in oven on a metal baking tray (oven preheated to 180 degrees fan then turned it down to 170 degrees). 40 mins cooking (timer was set to 35 mins for visual check). Cooled in pan for 10 mins. Put a cooling rack over it, turned it over, heard/felt the cake fall out with a little thud (satisfying). Cooled for 1.5 hours before decorating.

Perfect size for 6 servings
I made a lemon Bundt cake and, having first sprayed the tin with cake spray, managed to get the cake out easily. Tin creates a lovely shape which looks great when served to guests. Expensive but worked well and tin arrived Undamaged.

Worth buying
Very sturdy, arrived reasonably quickly. My only negative is that finding recipes for this size pan is not easy. I didn’t want the bigger pans as their are only two of us.

Nonstick and well made
This little pan will be a family heirloom. Wow. I can't believe how nicely the cakes come out. I use half of my cake batter mixture in this pan, bake it 45 minutes, slide the cake out of the pan, and then repeat with the other half of the batter. Just wonderful!
