My go-to clamp

As someone who loves woodworking projects, I've tried my fair share of clamps over the years. But this clamp is by far my favorite. This clamp is perfect for quick glue-ups and bracing pieces for assembly. The best thing about this clamp is how easy it is to use with just one hand. With a quick squeeze of the trigger, the clamp locks into place and stays there until you release it. This allows me to work quickly and efficiently, without having to stop and adjust the clamp every few minutes. The size of the clamp is perfect for smaller projects and tight spaces. It has a maximum opening of 6 inches, which is plenty for most of my needs. The clamp also has a soft-grip handle that makes it comfortable to hold and easy to control. The clamp itself is well-made and feels sturdy in my hand. The bar is made of high-strength steel and the clamping pressure is strong enough to hold pieces in place without slipping or shifting. I've used this clamp on everything from small wooden boxes to larger furniture pieces, and it has never let me down. Overall, I highly recommend this clamp to anyone who needs a reliable and easy-to-use clamp for their projects. It's my go-to clamp and I wouldn't want to be without it.

They work just fine

The clamps work fine for what I am using them for to create supports to cradle Masonite panels for painting. They are made slightly different if you look at the picture , the one on the left is the newer clamp and on the right the original which has the yellow pads on the clamping surface. This pad made for greater stability and less chance of marring the surface being clamped. The older clamps were constructed differently which seems to give it greater clamping strength and stability. Not sure why they removed the yellow pads except to make them cheaper which is a shame because it made for a better clamp. Over all they work but are not as smooth as the older clamps nor constructed the same.

surprisingly reliable

Didn't have much hope that these would hold up, but they held 2 pieces of wood very securely as I sawed them. Strong grip and easy to use.

Not the one shown in the image

The clamp is good but it is not the same one shown in the image on the website. The clamp shown in the website can have its upper jaw removed and positioned on the other side for inner clamping. This one has it fixed with a screw.
