Quicken handy

They’re much better than the traditional clamps. Specially, when you’re doing it with two hands makes it very very simple. Excellent pressure is awesome and quick.

Excellent Quality, easy to handle!

Bought this as a gift for my active and very crafty 74 years young auntie to use in her garage workshop. She loves that she is able to use these with ease, especially since she suffers from arthritis. Will be buying more of these!

Love them for wood gluing projects

easy to use, firmly holds objects, easy to remove after such an impressive grip. an older model of the same brand did have one of the rubber end grip cover fall off, some krazy glue fixed that and it's as good as new as well.

Strong Gear Clamp

Very Strong clamping pressure. 8” distance is good size when clamping to a bench. Using 1 hand to get it started is a bit of a juggling act. The pad can slip off the clamp at times which is irritating and I wish a design change could aid in holding the clamp so it wouldn’t slide away from you. I own two of these now and will probably buy one or two more in the future.

Great for woodworkers with arthritic hands

I just gave away four clamps because the handle you have to turn to tighten the clamp was made of wood. It would have been incredibly difficult to replace the handle since the wood was riveted onto the metal of the clamp. These clamps are great to use— I use all 4 fingers of my hand to squeeze the clamp shut. I had to spend a little time getting proficient in using these clamps— I had to make sure both arms of the clamp were making contact with the wood before I squeezed the trigger of the clamp. For small sized items, these clamps are great.

Missing pad on upper jaw

Bought two. One is missing black pad on upper jaw. Love these clamps this is third set I’ve purchased. Will change to 5 stars if I can get a jaw pad. These are great.

Much better than quick grip clamps

I bought this looking for a replacement for quick grip clamps and these are perfect. They are easy to adjust and release. They also clamp much better. I have used them to hold things to my work bench and once they are set whatever is clamps isn't going anywhere.

Disappointed

I have been a lifelong Jorgensen fan. I have over a hundred American-made Jorgensen clamps and a couple Jorgensen vises. I wanted to like these clamps. They are very sturdy and very strong. Problem is out of four clamps I bought, I'm now returning my third clamp for the same reason, the gear and ratchet wear out quickly and easily and then no longer clamp. Once the teeth start to round over, you can't get the clamp to hold. These are my first Jorgensen clamps manufactured in China. I'm not buying any more. I have similar Bessey clamps made of plastic or polymer that don't grip as tight, but have not worn out yet. Disappointed in Jorgensen selling out. Will not be buying any more Jorgensen, which is a shame as I have been buying their clamps for over 40 years.
