Works perfectly!
After not being able to find anyone to help me in the brick and mortar store, I stood in the aisle at Lowes and ordered from Amazon. This happens more and more. Lots of people on the workroom floor chatting, but nobody helping customers. I know most retailers are scraping the bottom of the barrel to get help. So Amazon got my Delta plumbing part to me 2 days..quick delivery, easy to install, no headaches

Perfect match
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the "color" matched perfectly. I also tought I was getting just the top of the unit but in fact, the dispenser bottle is included. the downside is that for a plactic piece it is pricey

One weird trick that makes it easy to refill
Here's the trick to refilling this: use a drinking straw. No, really... the straw creates a vent that lets air escape from the bottle as you're pouring dish soap in. Without it, the thick liquid soap forms a bubble in the bottle neck, turning everything slow and messy. What you'll need: * You'll definitely want a funnel. You can useDelta's official RP30395 Funnel , or anything else that fits. * A short length of tubing that will fit down through the center of the funnel and leave room to pour soap around it. A bendy straw is ideal (see below). I've also had good luck with a short length (~8") of 1/4" drip irrigation tubing. Here's what to do: 1. Remove the pump from the dispenser, and put the funnel in its place 2. Insert the straw/tubing down through the funnel. You want the bottom end of the straw to be inside the bottle -- below the neck, but above the level you'll be filling the soap to. And you want the top end of the straw to be above the top of the funnel, where you can hold onto it without dropping the straw into the bottle. (DON'T drop the straw in the bottle -- it'll be hard to get out.) If you use a bendy straw, you can hook it over the edge of the funnel and not have to worry it falling in. 3. Pour soap into the funnel AROUND the straw (not into the straw). The soap should flow right down into the bottle. OK, now that you know how to refill it, here's the review: this is a good, but not great, soap dispenser. Pros: + Looks good with Delta faucets (at least at first) + Because it's plastic, won't corrode like some metal pumps do + Easy to install (if you already have a hole in your sink) + Easy to refill from above the sink (if you own a straw!) + Delta lifetime guarantee -- free replacement if it breaks (and genuinely friendly and helpful phone reps) Cons: - Finish starts wearing off the base after a few years - Soap bottle is not as large as some alternatives - The plastic pump tends to break (after ~4 years for me; other reviews report different times) - So you'll probably need to use that Delta lifetime guarantee (and sit on hold for a while before you get to speak with a genuinely helpful phone rep)

Fixed my issue
This was the matching dispenser to the set I bought. I disconnected the overflow as that system really doesn't serve a purpose and that left me with another hole. Now i have a dispenser on both sides of my sink and it works out great. The bottle is large and does not need a refill very often at all. The only thing i didn't like is that it is plastic, but you cannot tell by looking at it. Due to it being plastic, i felt the price should be just a little lower.

Works easily and looks beautiful
The first thing to know about this soap dispenser is that it is fully plastic. The finish is a metal look but it is plastic & lightweight. Is this a bad thing? I'm thinking not. I have some plastic soap containers that I've been refilling for 8 or 10 years that still work and I have had several metal in-counter soap dispensers fail in that time. I went with Delta because I have had a Delta soap dispenser in my kitchen which is still working fine after 10 years. In the same period of time I have had 1 Moen and 3 Kohlers fail in my bathroom, not to mention they have not worked well and been a pain in the neck to use even before they fail. Over time, the metal soap dispensers react with soap, turning it green, and then it clogs up and stresses the pump and the pump fails. Delta lines their metal soap dispensers with plastic so you don't have that problem. This one is all plastic, as I noted, but it still appears to have a second plastic lining where the soap comes out. It works smoothly and easily and looks great. As you can see, the stainless steel finish is slightly lighter than my older Delta stainless steel bar faucet in the photo but it works for me. The soap dispenser has a good reach so it clears the side of the sink and it's easy enough for my grandkids little hands to operate. A possible down side is that the neck of the soap bottle is the narrowest one I've seen and this may make it more difficult to fill. I haven't had to refill it yet so I don't know.

Great Replacement
Our soap dispenser that came with the original faucet broke and we use that for hand soap. I figured I would try this product to see if that solved our issue before buying a whole new kitchen faucet. This works great from the minute we installed it and the best part we only spent $50 something instead of replacing our entire faucet for over $200.00. Would definitely recommend.

Delta Replacement Soap Dispenser Assembly
The 10-year-old one froze-up (I think it was the antibacterial hand soap) and this one works very well. It just doesn’t look like the picture. It’s more of a straight or right-angle spout, not a curved spout.

Perfect fit
When my soap dispenser stopped working, I thought I would have to replace the whole unit. I was so happy to find the pump and simply popped it in and voilà! Super simple. I ordered another one just in case this one breaks.
