Exactly what I needed

We installed a new faucet and managed to send the soap bottle out with the recycling. this is the exact match for what we lost.

Works for Moen Lindley faucet set

Be aware that there are at least two (maybe three, judging from other reviews) replacement Moen pump options around. They're not interchangeable. This was my second try, and it's the one I needed for my Moen Lindley faucet that I purchased at the big orange box. (Faucet set is "mediteranean bronze", though that shouldn't matter...) So far, it seems just fine. Easy to install (I didn't bother with the bottle, as all I needed was the pump mechanism), and it works.

Great...but there's a substitute

If you own a Moen MotionSense (Delaney was mine) 87359E2SRS and your soap dispenser pump fails, I recommend the Kohler 1041645. It's the same pump but the tube is shorter, so I simply interchanged it. This dispenser, while it contains the pump that I needed, was a purchase that came with the bottle and sink attachment that I didn't need. All I needed was the pump that failed after using it for only 2 years.

Exact fit for Moen 3944-SRS soap dispenser

Perfect fit for Moen 3944. All internal parts including soap container. Works like new. The internet "fixes" including soaking, lubricating did not work.

Almost an exact replacement

This fixed the problem with my old dispenser, which lasted about 6 years. Although I thought this was an exact replacement, I had to keep to topmost plastic part to mate with the existing cover, as the new part did not have this feature. Other than that, works like new. Be sure to replace the bottle as well, even if only the pump has failed. Over years of use some gunk had collected, and may had led to the failure of the pump.

Works just like New

I bought this replacement because the pump on mine went out and would not suck up the soap. This item include a bottle, straw, pump mechanism, gaskets and plastic nut to attach it to your countertop. It does not include the metal fixture or decorative collar that sits on the countertop. Im glad Moen has replacement parts for relatively cheap.

Non-reliable replacement for a non-reliable product

Just needed the pump, but the price was acceptable to buy the whole assembly. It appears this is the only way the pump is available. Update March, 2015. This Moen pump just doesn't last, at least not with the hand soap we are using. This one is dying the same as the last. Looks like I get a couple of years out of one of these before they start to stick and not return (therfore not re-filling with soap for the next pump). Next time I am buying one of those Kitchen Classics replacements that comes with a 5 year warranty. Seems like something on these is swelling inside making the plastic parts bind. At least that is what the horrible creak that it makes sounds like! I recommend you not waste your money unless you need some of the other parts too.

Moen isn't exactly clear on what replacement parts go with what soap dispenser. That said, I was able to use a combination of the parts from this unit and the old one to make it function again.

Works as expected

Worked like a charm with an existing pump (I guess I'll keep the included pump as a spare), but the price seems way to high for what it is.
