Solid metal construction and very solid! Looks wonderful!
I purchased this to replace the plastic one that came with our Moen 87599RS Kiran faucet: Moen 87599SRS Kiran 1 Handle Pulldown Kitchen Faucet, Spot Resist Stainless It's such a pretty faucet yet they choose to include a very cheap all plastic soap dispenser. Seems odd to me. This is a very nice looking soap dispenser. It is not cheap. In fact at $100+ it's actually kind of crazy that it is as expensive as it is. The top portion that you see is all metal. It's a heavy piece of metal actually. When you touch it or pick it up from the box you know it's not cheap. I find that if you dilute the soap by about 20-30% it pumps better. I tried straight dawn soap and it was a little hard to pump but when I diluted it was much better. I knocked off one start because I REALLY wish the bottom portion was metal. It's plastic threads and a plastic bottle. The plastic bottle I'm 100% OK with but really wish the part that goes under the counter was metal. Also seems like people do not know how to fill these. You do NOT have to unscrew the bottle each time. Once this is attached to the counter all you have to do is pull straight up easily and the metal pump comes off. You simple pour the liquid soap in the cavity and then put the dispenser back. Takes about 1 minute start to finish compared to trying to get under the counter fighting the sink/garbage disposal to unscrew the bottle and screw it back...etc.

Don't overfill
This replaced one I had that malfunctioned. It's important to make sure you don't overfill the soap reservoir. I think that is what gummed up the pump of my original unit.

Overall I really like it, looks great, works well
Matches faucet perfectly. It is pretty large, so if you have a smaller sink it might look too big. Installation is very easy but trying to get the washer to fit properly and then having it fit flush has been impossible. I can get close, but I think the gasket does not allow it to go all the way down without pushing the gasket and then it doesn't form on top of the hole which could cause a potential leak. It pumps well and holds a lot of soap. I LOVE that the top pulls out and makes it easy to refill the bottle. The downside is the soap that is in the tube drips all over so keep it over the sink.

Nice, but expensive.
This is a very nice soap dispenser. It was easy to install and complements our Moen faucet with the same finish. After a couple months of use, it seems to be working well. However, the "normal" price for this thing is pretty eyewatering. If my wife hadn't of insisted on it, I would definitely have bought something else. It's nice, but it's a soap pump! You can buy a soap pump at the dollar store! But if money isn't tight and this happens to have the finish and look you want, by all means go for it.

Very premium soap dispenser that has room for improvement
Very easy to install. I bought my diamond tip hole drill (for quartz/granite) on Amazon and watched a DIY video. Total install took less than 30 minutes. Start drilling at a 45 degree angle to prevent it from slipping, and pause every 15 seconds to flush the drill bit and hole with water. Easy to do. The dispenser itself feels heavy and high quality. It's the best looking dispenser I have seen. But, there is room for improvement. I have a gap of about 1/8" between the bottom of the dispenser and my countertop. There is a plastic lip and rubber gasket (to prevent water from going down the hole) that keeps the dispenser from seating all the way down. The dispenser needs a longer skirt at the bottom to cover the plastic and rubber gasket. The gap is definitely noticeable. Improvement #2, the pump travel is too short. It does dispense plenty of soap when you push it, but just feels harder to push and less satisfying than the cheaper dispensers with longer throw pumps. Of the two problems, the gap is very noticeable and makes me unhappy with the pump. I can't find a way to fix it. I read another reviewer was able to get theirs to seat better, but I have tried everything I can think of and it won't sit.

Beautiful piece and great quality.
I’ve used others before and quality was decent but this exceeded my expectations. Very heavy and beautiful style, I love that the surface is spot resistant. On the speedy side but worth the price. Have been using for about a month and no problems. Would highly recommend.

Need to push down hard to dispense the soap
I got this soap dispenser because my current one is always dripping soap from the spout. I like the taller height and the longer spout. Any soap drips will go into the sink. The dispenser body is all metal and feels very heavy duty. The inside parts are all plastic. One thing i didn't like was how hard it was to dispense the soap. Someone wrote a review and also mentioned the same thing. My wife does most of the dishes. She is not a strong person and has a very hard time trying to push down on the dispenser to dispense the soap. I was thinking it could be the brand of soap i'm using or maybe not. The soap might be thicker and that is why it is more difficult to dispense the soap. It is a very expensive soap dispenser that does not work well.

Works really well, easy fill, attractive
I used to have an in-counter soap dispenser that I hated many years ago. I was hesitant to put one in my remodeled kitchen but my designer talked me into it. This works and looks amazing. Very happy I got it. Note: They recommend to dilute the soap before filling, and you definitely should. Mixing about 1/3 water works well.
