Works beautifully
I have this wall heater installed in my 320 sq ft vaulted ceiling studio in Wyoming. It works beautifully, keeping my studio cozy and warm. The lowest setting keeps the studio at 60 for overnight (to save propane) and the middle setting (3 1/2) quickly warms the studio up to 74. I have not had to use the highest setting yet, despite many sub-zero days and nights and winter winds from 35 mph to an all-time high this winter of 74mph. I am delighted with this heater. 10 stars.

Perfect!!!!
This is perfect! I bought this for an addition I put on for my father to come live with me, he has alot of health issues and breathing issues. He also gets cold very easily now adays. I Knew it didn't come with a blower, but it also stays working when we lose power!! Big bonus!!! It's vented outside also great because of his health issues. It keeps his living area really toasty, sometimes too toasty. We don't set it anywhere above 3. It puts out lots of heat! It took a bit for me to get used to starting it, I wasn't used to the type of ignition on it, and it did have a weird smell for a few days that had to "burn off" some of it being dust. It happens with any heating source though. I installed it myself, except the propane hook ups I left to the professionals. It wasn't that hard. Yes, you have to cut a large hole in your wall, but measure a few times first and read through your directions carefully all the way through and you should be fine....also know where your electrical wires are in your walls and such. It is an absolute life saver!! We have lost power multiple times this year and for days at a time. My father can't be near wood stoves or pellet stoves, because of his breathing, I am so happy we got this. I will be trying to get more for my side of the house soon!

Heat was great but it did not light very easily and it used more gas than I thought it would.
Great heat and very quiet. Easy to install however lighting the pilot was not very easy to do. Takes a lot of try’s with the igniter before it lights. I used much more gas than I thought I would. About 20lbs of propane in 3 days only using it during the day time. Still I would consider buying this again

Cheep igniter and gas valve!
The heater works fine if you can get it lit. I can't afford to leave my pilot lit all day so I turn it off in the morning. When I go to light the pilot each night it takes forever! First you have to push the ignitor for about 10 minutes just to get it to start sparking! Once you do get it sparking it takes another 15 to 20 minutes of constantly pushing the ignitor and tweaking the control dial until you find a certain spot where the pilot will light! I dread having to light it each night for my thumbs are literally bruised and skin is cracking from pushing the ignitor so much! I have never had a gas valve that was so touchy and out of wack! If I could afford it I would get something different but for now I will just have to deal with it!

Works Great!
I waited to install knowing how important it was to have someone help with the process. To insure the unit is SAFELY installed you must carefully review and follow the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer. My nephew is a plumber and we are both very detail oriented. We installed it in a 10’x16’ shed with 2”x4” fiberglass insulated wall, 11’ ceiling. The floor is not insulated. Location is NW Wisconsin so -20’ in winter is not uncommon. Intended use is home office and overflow sleep area for guests. I wasn’t sure about how large of a unit to order due to uninsulated floor so went with a bigger unit. We both studied the installation instructions in advance. It took us a full day but it went well and the installed unit looked great. But take your time. After 6-weeks of use I thought it was a good time to share feedback. I ordered a larger unit (17k), but 12k or 11k would have been more than enough for my needs. At the lowest setting with outside overnight temperature +10’-15’ degrees, the inside remains at 65’ degrees. This unit of course makes slight “ticking” sounds when heating, but that is 100% normal and caused by expansion/contraction of the steel heat exchanger. Would I buy again? Absolutely. This was a bargain compared to other types of heaters like this. And the quality was very good.

Noisy
Very noisy had to have a technician come back due to the fact it was popping like the 4th of July. The heat is fine it doesn't seem very controlled I have to keep turning it down cuz it gets too hot or up

Great wall heater.
This easily heats a 420 sq ft space that is tight so needs an outside combistion

Fairly straightforward to install, but error in the manual
Fairly straightforward to install, except for the ductwork mods you need to do to fit the wall. There is an error in the manual where it talks about inserts and standoffs on the outside mounting plate that don't exist. I had to call customer support to see if I was missing parts, turns out it was a printing error with the manual.
