Great Great pack!

This backpack is awesome. I have had countless maxpedition products so that is going to be the basis of my comparison. The material is quite softer than maxpedition which for me is a plus since those backpacks can be kind of rough. despite this the enitre backpack still seems quite sturdy, and the buckles,zippers, and stitching all seem top notch.Molle webbing covers the front,sides and bottom. Another great thing is that the backpack came with straps for you to attach a sleeping bag, tent, etc on the bottom of the pack. Also, the waist straps on the back are also removable, another great little detail to add to the overall satisfaction of the pack. This backpack is extremely spacious and can carry alot in the fron compartment, along with even more in the main. The main compartment consists of a flap full of various sixed webbing on for scissors, syringes, pens, etc, whatever you can imaging i suppose. The back of another flap which is on the other side has two mini sipper pouches that can hold my solariffic dynamo, as well as a box of gauze,bandaids, or whatever else. The other two below it are basically the two minis put together. On the very bottom their are two straps, i guess to tie something down if needed. Theirs also a sack like thing split in two, not really sure i could find any use for that. And last but not least their is an individual place for a water bladder in the very bottom of the main compartment. Some people havent noticed but you can indeed feed the straw through. Theirs a hole under the tag on the very top, it looks like a brand name patch so i guess thats why some people didnt notice. the backpack straps are svery thick and sturdy, however not very jumpable like the stomp. Overall this is a very big bag with superior craftmanship, and i look forward to using it.

Nice Pack, but factory defect.

Nice pack, its well built and has a good layout. The stitching is great, but part of my pack was sewn with coyote thread in place of olive thread. Looks kinda funny, but hey its still a earth color. I wont bother to return, because Im more about function and it works.

Solid bag.

This was purchased as a training bad for teaching TCCC courses. While I have another bag that I prefer for real world use this robust and cost effective option was perfect for our application. This would also make a great bag for someone who doesn’t practice some of the medical stuff at an operation level and needed a solid truck bag or similar form medical supplies.

Excellent Multi-Purpose Backpack

This is great bag overall, especially for someone who wants to keep a large variety of contents organized. This bag is large enough to hold a lot of gear. The large main compartment has zippered mesh pockets, a fold out sub-compartment, and a panel with elastic loops to organize smaller items and tools. The smaller outside compartment extends for the whole height and width of the back and easily holds a blanket or similar item. The entire outside of the bag is covered with nylon webbing straps for attaching other items. I use this as my hurricane evacuation bag and easily contains spare clothes, toiletries, first aid kit, flashlight, radio, poncho, tarp, and some food and water. It keeps everything organized and accessible. It was a little expensive, but it seems to be extremely durable and useful.

Seems very well made from very good materials, but you'd really want to see one in person before deciding about this. The main compartment has two large cloth "buckets" that have no top, no closure, and are attached so the open top faces the rear of the pack. Whatever you pack in these compartments, will be in the bottom of the pack when you're done. There must be some reason for them, but I couldn't find it, and Blackhawk says only the designed, somewhere in Vietnam, knows why they are made this way. Well made, lots of pockets and straps, but you REALLY want to see this one in person to see if it will work for you. Mine didn't.

Blackhawk Special Ops Medical Backpack

Decent bag, all things considered, however, instead of two huge inside "bags", there should be separated compartments in order to organize more effectively. The way it is now makes for sloppy organization. This bag is to be used for an expedition and I had to purchase a different medical pack in order to get everything packed that was needed.

Fabulous Gear - It's a Win

This pack was purchased for a tactical paramedic purpose. The pack is next to perfect. This was really well thought out and designed. Someone really tested this and put some real world thought into it. It holds the weight well, is comfortable to wear and easy to use/ access gear. Unzips quick and lays flat to allow access to all parts for quick use. Rugged design, clearly quality. Doesn't feel bulky and holds the form well when fully packed. The only thing I would suggest would be to add some velcro to the zippered pouches so patches/ labels can be added. My wife was kind enough to sew some on but she did comment that it would be a nice feature to come with it.
