So useful
I have 2 of these, one for meds, one for toiletries. I keep them fully stocked from band aids and scissors to deoderant and a razor. Seriously soap, toothbrush you name it.. anything you need for a vacation I put in these. I throw them in my luggage and I know i'm good. Take them out, restock as needed and put back on closet shelf till my next 4 day weekend or vacation.

Is a Maxpedition product!
This is my second First Aid Pouch from Maxpedition and it is great/awesome! You would be supersized just how much medical gear will fit into one of these. I have two stuffed to the max for almost a year now and still holding up great. I will be purchasing a third soon for other items. Yes it's a little expensive but so worth the price. These are high quality pouches just like there backpacks. Quality materials, YKK zippers, not much more to say except... I own Hazard 4, First Tactical, Vanquest and other high end gear and Maxpedition is right up there with the top gear products.

This is a maxed edition product and I've had excellent experiences with this line.
I've had excellent experiences with the maxpedition products. I have not been disappointed in their workmanship. They may be a little more expensive but well worth the additional expense. The seller of this product was very prompt with getting this item to me without any issues.

Highly recommend as a travel toiletries bag
I have been using one of these for a couple of years as a travel toiletries kit and like it better than any other I have ever used. I was so impressed that I bought this one as a replacement should my other one ever wear out. (that will probably take years, given how durable it is, but I wanted to ensure I have one like this on hand for decades to come.) I travel internationally about 8 weeks out of the year, and this has been perfect for me in all kinds of places I've visited. It's well-made, easy to organize and is compact in it's shape and design, yet fits everything you need well. I highly recommend this, even if you don't need a MOLLE attachable bag, because of its durability, ease of use and organization.

Great pouch
Good size for a small first-aid kit. I had mine attached to the back of a Maxpedition Malaga, but it now alternates between my Kodiak Gearslinger and backpacking bag. It's a lot roomier than it looks. To get an idea of the size, here's what I current keep in it: Front: * Small pair of safety scissors * 4 non-latex gloves * 2 locking forceps Mesh pocket: * 2 sizes of self-adhesive tape * 1 Ace bandage * travel-size allergy pill box * travel-size Tylenol box (some people are allergic to aspirin & ibuprofin) * assorted types of small adhesive bandages * butterfly closures * 3 pads of moleskin Plastic see-through pocket: * a few packets of clotting powder * various sizes of sealed gauze pads * alcohol wipes * small Neosporin tube * small bottle of H2O2 Attached to the strap at between the two pockets I've attached a Dorcy penlight. That's a lot of stuff I crammed into this little pouch and it all fits and the pouch has held up well. I wasn't aiming to fit an entire EMT's trauma kit in there, but it's the right size for fitting in a kit that would cover smaller, more common injuries.

Great for must have but hope you don't need tools.
Used this little bag to put together a tool kit for the H-D. Holds all the necessities and fits right in the saddlebag.

Great low profile medic bag
Pros: This has a ton of zippered compartments on the inside, which is what I bought it for. A lof of other medic pouches just have elastic straps, and if you have anything loose in there it will fall out. That's not a problem with these. These are longer than standard medic bags, so you can put longer tools in there as well. Quality material and zippers. Has a low profile Cons: Doesn't come in medic red at the moment. These aren't quite as wide as standard medic pouch., so you can't fit much more in it than a normal one. That's part of its lower profile. The mesh on the front of it doesn't blend in too spectacularly with the rest of it.

Gotta look good at all times
Not gonna go on about Maxpedition quality. Chances are that if you’re considering buying it you already know it is virtually bulletproof. It’s pricey, but you gotta pay for good stuff. I chose this one because of the size. I’m using this for a small Dopp kit to keep in my emergency clothing pack in my truck. I fit everything I need in it. Toothpaste, deodorant, soap ,shampoo, toothbrush (folding) small travel size shave cream, q-tips,butt wipes and some meds. Still a bit of room left. Perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. Thanks for reading.

happy about product, a bit overpriced
I've had a few First aid kits but this is my favourite. Yes it's pricey for what it is but it's easy to use. You can stuff a whole lot in there and more. There are 3 compartments, one in the front where I put things I'm most likely to access. There are two more when you unzip along the centre. The rear has 3 horizontal daisy chains. Not sure why you need so many since it's not large enough to hang things off but I do use it to attach this to the outside of my backpack with a carabiner. There is also a handle at the bottom. The fabric is tough, the zips are of good quality. It's my goto first aid kit for outdoor activities.
