Good for non-demanding work
Till now, I've used these to 1. drill some holes below a table top 2. tighten some screws 3. drill some holes on an acrylic board This tool finished all these jobs well. The battery lasted long enough for these jobs. It's not that powerful - but you'll get something else for such jobs, I believe. For drilling small holes, or for tightening screws, it's more than enough.

Love this lightweight Drill! Super lightweight!!
If you are looking for a DIY or drill just for easy/ small projects this one is a great option! The battery surprised me as i've used it about 10 times and only charged it once!! I took a star off due to some of the bits getting loose, but it does its purpose and for the price point is a win-win. Ladies! this drill is super light weight!!! I use it all for many different tasks arund my home and it does its job. Keep in mind that this is not an ultimate drill construction type drill so keep your expectations reasonable :)

You can't go wrong with this
I got this for a gift for someone else and they love it especially since it came with some bits to start with. It's powerful enough to do all sorts of basic work with it and the battery stays strong through it all. Fully charged this thing will last for a long time. This is good for the house work that most people would use it for; professional work might need something with more power. This is also a great starter set for someone who doesn't have a lot of tools yet

Nice handy tool for small jobs
I purchased the cordless drill for simple household jobs, and it has performed quite well. I am a senior woman, and like to be as self sufficient as possible, and this little tool covers several projects quickly and easily. It is light weight, easy to put in and remove the various heads, and perfect for my needs. I find it most useful for removing stubborn screws. It does take a while to charge, but now that I know that, I can plan ahead and have it fully charged for a project. However, most of the time, the charge is still good for a quick, unexpected fix. Good product!

I love this Drill/Driver with one Major exception
I have an earlier version of this drill and use it all the time for many DIY projects. So much so that I ordered this one to keep from moving the first one from shop to home to where-ever and for the price it will be handy to have two. This drill/driver is powerful enough to handle most "fix & repair" jobs around our property. Light and the battery seems to last forever. HOWEVER, the earlier version is charged with a ubiquitous Micro-USB B cord and could hook it up to charge anywhere. However, with the new model B&D had to screw things up by putting a unique plug in order to charge it. Now Iam limited to a single charger which I now have to carry with me if I am working off site. I resent the Hell for being stuck with this dumb charger change.

Perfect for all those small jobs
I used to have a heavy-duty dewalt and just wanted something smaller, more lightweight, and more convenient. This did the trick. I've had no issues with it. Just don't try and drill through cement or brick.

False advertising - If you want it because it's micro-USB, BEWARE!
The product is completely fine in and of itself - it's a standard cordless drill with adjustable chuck and can go clockwise/counterclockwise. Obviously, the amount of torque a drill can give is relative to its size, but I think this one should be sufficient for most home jobs and light-to-moderate duty work. It has a little bit of heft to it, but it's fairly comfortable to hold in the hand and not nearly as bulky as many other cordless drills I've held. Granted, none of us here have small hands, but I can't imagine it would cause too much discomfort for those with paws rather than claws. The problem and the reason for the low rating is that it uses a STUPID PROPRIETARY CHARGER THAT NOTHING ELSE ON PLANET EARTH USES. It's a 2-pin inside a weird shape done entirely in plastic - y'know, so it's inconvenient/impossible to easily replicate it. This wouldn't be completely abhorrent (just annoying) if the images in the product details didn't show someone CLEARLY plugging a micro-USB charger into a micro-USB port on the drill. The advantage there is that if the proprietary charger breaks or is lost, that's it, you go find the special charger only sold by the company or you buy a new drill. Micro-USB is everywhere, though, so you're simply going to get much more use out of the device even if a cord dies or disappears. For me, this was one of the main selling points. The dizzying number of drill chargers, battery pack configurations, battery chargers for drills, charger chargers for your charger, and charging drills for your battery, it's all just a major headache and makes these devices a lot of hassle. But then I see it - integrated battery? Easily accessible charging cable? Good price? Sign me up! It arrives, and it is not, in fact, micro-USB. Both adults here have ADHD - this cord is gonna go missing in 4 months, and we won't have a drill anymore. I'm only gonna change the rating if we get sent a drill that actually has micro-USB AS ADVERTISED, the promotional image is amended to show what the product is ACTUALLY LIKE, or we're refunded what we paid under false confidence. For people that don't have a problem with this, go right ahead and purchase. For those who don't want another random proprietary cable, stay far away.

No viene con entrada usb para carga
Hola la entrada para cargar el taladro no es usb como lo muestran en sus fotos y en el texto de la publicación, honestamente si me molesta ya que me parecía muy práctico el hecho de que fuera usb y fue una de las razones por las que me motive a comprarlo, además de que a nadie nos gusta que nos ofrezcan una cosa y nos vendan otra. Que podemos hacer?

No funciona en concreto
El taladro no sirve casi para nada. No funcionó en concreto y en Mx la mayoria de las construcciones se hacen en ladrillo y concreto. Lo quise usar para algo tan simple como montar un soporte de una tv y no fue posible. Lamentablemente perdí la caja y no puedo devolverlo. Me quedé con un pisapapeles de $500 pesos

Desarmador con potencia suficiente a buen precio
Es un buen desarmador electrico que tiene la potencia suficiente para trabajos sencillos como repisas o muebles normales y la batería tiene buena capacidad, desde que lo recibí hace unas dos semanas, lo cargué el tiempo como piden las instrucciones y ha aguantado las pocas tareas que tengo en casa. Actualizacion: el producto me llego el 29 de diciembre 2020 y lo puse a cargar como lo indican las instrucciones, el uso que le doy es esporadico deacuerdo a las necesidades de las tareas de la casa y, apenas el dia 6 de junio de 2021 me acaba de pedir que lo ponga a cargar de nuevo, excelente duracion de bateria

Es buen producto por el precio que pagas.
En general es un buen producto por el precio pagado por el mismo, Sin embargo no esperen gran cosa de este destornillador, pues no trae regulador de torque ni de velocidad. Te saca de apuros para trabajos caseros que no requieran mucha precisión y delicadeza.

Doesn't come with the usb charger thats advertised but insread a weird proprietary plug, really miss being able to charge this drill in the car
