Nice replacement but you will have to enlarge your hole to incorporate the new square shape. Interestingly thought that Tjernlund doesn't provide a escutcheon for inside as they did/do with the round version.

High build quality, skillful design

This vent goes far beyond the minimum code requirements. The materials are all surprisingly heavy gauge metal, and the design includes some intricate thermal paths to conduct heat out of the wall and then set up convection currents on the outside to dissipate the heat. Designed by someone who really knows what they are doing.
