Last sink mat that you will buy!

These are the ONLY sink mats that I will purchase. I just went rogue and tried a new kind of mat (which cost over double the amount of this one). There is no comparison! After washing around 10 dishes, I ordered these again (I had them before these most recent mats). I will never stray again! Here's why: 1) They are more elevated than the others. This allows food to easily pass underneath to the drain. 2) Because they are not pliable, they are much easier to clean. 3) They are less expensive than most. 4) They last a very long time. 5) THEY DO NOT SLIDE AROUND IN THE SINK!!! These are truly a no-brainer... nothing else comes remotely close.

Long lasting and durable. Great price!

I bought a pair of the black sink protector mats in April 2020 (it's now almost 3 years to the day). After regular use, they are still in pretty good shape. It's the little things in life that make it all worthwhile! ???? I have regularly scrubbed them by hand while I clean the sink. I have also carefully (widely) bent them on the lower rack of the dishwasher. Personally, a reorder of these mats now is a very low priority, but I'm considering it because one of the mats is starting to weaken in a few spots. The motivation to go ahead is based on the price and longevity that Rubbermaid provides.

Very easy to clean

I've usually had sink mats that lay flat on the bottom of the sink with drainage holes at various points; however, these types of mats also allow crumbs, etc, to become trapped under the mat. Unless the mat is lifted up and scrubbed daily, the mat can become slimy and discolored. For me, the best feature of this Rubbermaid Sink Protector Mat is that it sits slightly raised above the bottom of the sink so no crumbs or food orts can get stuck underneath. It is almost self-cleaning due to its design and securely holds mugs, plates, bowls, etc., away from direct contact with the sink. Very pleased with this Rubbermaid purchase and highly recommend it - you can't go wrong with Rubbermaid products!

Saves the Sink and Prevents Dish Slips

We had a red one that we bought from Walmart MANY years ago. After 5 years, it was finally ready to be tossed. We loved it so much for lasting as long as 5 years that we were seeking the same exact one from Walmart, but couldn’t find it! I finally searched Amazon and found one in black! Honestly, the black looks even better in my sink than the red! We use it on the side of the sink where we put soapy dishes when we wash our dishes. It definitely helps the dishes from slipping, cups from falling on its side and cracking/breaking, and even keeps the sink clean! I hope it lasts me another 5 years, but regardless, I’m sold on THIS specific brand and style.

Inexpensive way to protect your sink.

These sink mats are non-flexible plastic mats. They work fine for us now, because were in construction. If I had paid attention in the beginning, I would’ve realized that the drain circle is in the middle of the mat so of course it doesn’t line up with my sink that the drain is at the top. Also, I had two different size sinks, and I ordered two not thinking about the fact that one sink was bigger than the other. However, they are working fine for us now and later I will put them in a cabinet to keep the pots or heavy things from marking the cabinets or under the sink. They were worth the price.

Perfect Fit

It’s Rubbermaid

This brand you can trust. The hole is in the center. Make sure your sink has same hole position. Fits right to my sink. I got two sinks so I got two of these. It serve its purpose of giving protection on the surface of the sink. Solid enough and not too heavy. Easy to clean grills. It just collects some bubbles if you wash dishes in your sink. I have to move it away or make it stand upwards while letting all bubbles get down the sink. Do stinky smell. All good overall.

Ante la incredulidad, Funciona!

Estaba escéptico como un producto tan simple iba a tener tantas bondades, pero para mi grata sorpresa funciona correctamente y ya no se inunda la tarja, detiene la basura y al finalizar la limpieza de los trastes retiro la basura con una servitoalla y listo. Obviamente no retiene el 100% pero si un 90% de la basura.

Muy util

Esta muy bien para el tamaño pequeño de mi tarja, pero no le da mucha estabilidad a algunos trastes, como el tazon de la licuadora
