Best purchase!

I held off on purchasing these for a long time. I had read reviews talking about the durability etc. I have only had great success! I bake a lot of cookies this time of year and some are very sticky. In the past I've used parchment paper on my baking sheets but they still stuck a little and the parchment would shift around on the pan. Some cookies would actually slide around on the parchment when I put the pan in the oven. All of that is gone now with these mats. Clean-up is a breeze even with those sticky cookies and my cookies stay put! I've baked about 400 cookies so far this month and they look as good as new. I use aluminum baking sheets so I'm not sure if using a non-stick pan would make any difference. Worth the "investment"! I love them!

AWESOME baking sheet!

I was baking cookies and they were sticking to my pan. I ordered this silicone baking sheet and my cookies no longer stick to my pan! Absolutely love this baking sheet. My cookies bake more evenly and come right off the sheet. I wish I found this sooner. It keeps my pans intact longer and it is rather easy to clean. OXO is a great brand and this is another example of of one of their products that is well made. Thank you OXO! I highly recommend this product.

Have made almost every dough under the sun on this and it's perfect

I absolutely love this silicone mat. Loved using it for making hand-pulled noodles, pasta dough, dumplings, and pie crusts. I use this in conjunction with a bench scraper, but the bench scraper is almost unnecessary for the purpose of scraping since the silicone, with just a little bit of fat underneath (oil, butter, or some flour) does a good job at preventing the dough from sticking without you having to add additional flour or more oil subsequently. I haven't put this in the oven yet, but the instructions for the temperatures and whatnot are printed clearly on the sheet in case I ever have the desire to. It's easy to clean, even with butter and dough crusted on it (cursory swipe and rise with soap in the sink), dries quickly (hang it over a chair or wipe it quickly with a cloth), and the bottom sticks firmly on any surface I've put it on (glass, linoleum, wood, granite). The length is also just about perfect for anything you could make, even in large quantities. I bought the OXO version compared to the others on Amazon, since I wanted a quality sheet that was name brand and not something you could find wholesale, en masse from Alibaba. It's held up fantastic so far after a few months, and I expect it to last for a while.

Great for Baking Cookies!

I only use these for baking cookies and they've made the whole clean-up process so easy. Be careful when washing and don't scrub them or you'll embed the surfaces with tiny little scratches.

Made making cookies easy

These silicone baking mats have been a lifesaver. I do not know what I have done without them. They collect the greasy residue from baking cookies and allow for easy transfer off of the pan so the cookies can cool well. They clean easy and after several uses they still look brand new.

Works as advertised

It works great and it is a great addition to any kitchen and takes up very little room when rolled up. I did ding it a little for being a little hard to clean. There is no good way to put in the dishwasher and it's so large unrolled that it is hard to clean in the sink.

Must have for bread making

I use it all time. I don’t have a big counter top, so I lay it on the table and knead dough. It sticks to the surface so it is easy to roll dough and it’s great that the dough does not sticks to the mat. Pretty easy to clean the workstation once done too.

Layers not well bound

There are small ripples between layers. Not a functional problem but not pretty.

I like the measurements and conversion on the mat. I use it for kneading bread. Protects the granite countertop.

A nice mat

This just works, but it is a bit too big for our oven. Here in Belgium I think we use different sizes, it is only 4 cm to wide to sit in a tray, nothing major, that is why I only give it 4 stars. But this might be different in other ovens. This is just a regular plain miele oven we have. This works and will save up quite some paper over time. We will see how it holds up. The 4 stars is just for it being a tad too wide, all in all will buy a 2nd one if this holds up for 1 or 2 months. We use 4 to 8 papers a week in the oven. So in a year I have recovered the costs of this mat easily.

Sehr gute Backmatte

Die OXO Good Grips Backmatte hat die Größe von einem normalen Backblech und macht einen sehr guten, hochwertigen Eindruck. Ein störender Geruch oder ähnliches ist nicht feststellbar. Die Matte hat eine Größe von ca. 42x29 cm und wird in einer Pappschachtel geliefert, in der die Matte auch wieder gelagert werden kann, wenn sie nicht benötigt wird. Die Schachtel lässt sich einfach öffnen und verschließen. Wir haben die Matte auch zum ausrollen von Plätzen verwendet, da die Matte rutschfest ist und sich der Teig leicht von der Matte lösen lässt. Die komplette Matte ist aus Silikon und spülmaschinengeeignet. Auch nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch im Backofen als auch in der Spülmaschine sieht die Matte noch wie neu aus. Die Backmatte gefällt mir sehr gut, und ich würde sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Den Preis für diese Matte finde ich gerechtfertigt, da es ein hochwertiges Produkt ist.
