Love these things
Great for grilling small items or keeping marinade on the meat. Fairly quick to clean and reuse. If you have hot spots on your grill it doesn’t take too many uses to burn a hole through the sheet.

Seafood cooks wonderfully on this pad!
While this pad isn't perfect, it may well be as perfect as any such utensil could be that does its job. We cook on the grill all year, and often cook fish, which we use to just "bake" in aluminum foil. Now, using the Yoshi, the fish tastes oh so much better, and I can flip it too. Keep several things in mind when you use it: - determine your grill temperature, and as Yoshi says keep it below 500 degrees if you don't want to carbon buildup - use a plastic spatula - you can poke a hole in it with a metal one (ask me how I know this!) - cleaning it works best with a good soak in soapy water - I've had no luck using the top dishwasher rack We use a lot of sauces on foods, and after removing and cooling the pad, there is a sticky residue on the cook side. It doesn't come off in the dishwasher even when sticky side down. What I do if put the pad in 1" of water in the sink, add detergent, rough it up a bit with a plastic brush, then let it sit all night. In the morning, I use the brush again, which gets up some of the residue. Then, leaving the pad in the water, I use a plastic spoon and gently scrape the pad. It can take 5 minutes or so to get all the gunk off, then I brush it again, since, then let it dry. While the cleaning instructions above might seem onerous, they are a small price to pay to get grill marks on your fish, and to get really great tasting food that can't be placed directly on the grill! UPDATE: I just got a Ace "Mini Scraper" 1380971 with plastic blades shaped like razor blades. Its for cleaning items such as this, and it works GREAT to get all the residue off the mat. Soak overnight, then in the sink or on a flat surface scrape away!

Makes food come out perfect.
Been using these for 4 years or so on my gas grill. Cooks my food well but not over cooked. And my vegs and light fish doesn't fall thru the grill. I also use less propane because a high flame is not needed to cook the food. The mat holds heat for you.

Great product except for cleaning
We grill often outside with gas. These are great for keeping the food out of the fire. However, burned oil and food debris accumulate over time. They can be sanitized with hot soapy water and a brush, but you can never get all of it off. So we replace them ever year. Luckily they aren't very expensive!

Mess-free grill
This is great for grilling - your grill stays clean and your food doesn't stick. You won't get the nice grill marks and the crusty/crispy outsides on your food, but you also don't get flames and burning from grease dripping all over. Biggest drawback is that they're a pain to clean because they're so floppy.

Easy clean up on the grill
I've been buying these since they came out years ago. They last extremely long. They wipe clean fairly easy. They do tend to leave grill marks after multiple uses. I won't grill without them.now.

Not easy to clean
Made fajitas on the grill with these. They are not easy to clean. The oil and spices stick and it’s hard to clean. You can not get these totally clean.
