Cut hose easily and clean.

Work well for cutting silicone and rubber hose. I’ve I work at a automotive testing facility and use daily to cut 1/4” to 1” hose. These are the preferred cutters used by most technicians.

Work great on air lines

I had to do some work on my air lines in my truck, most of the connectors are push to connects so getting a good even cut is important and this thing makes that very simple. Work a lot better than trying to use a knife or razor. One thing to note is to make sure you have the line laying straight with the edge, when cutting a hose that is at an angle/not laying flat on the cutter you might get a bit of angle. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who plans on cutting a few hoses, will save you a lot of time

Very easy to use, n great quality for the price.

This cutter takes all the aggravation out of cutting a piece of rubber hose.....just put it around the hose you want to cut...put it on the exact spot for a 90 degree cut, n squeeze it like a pair of scissors...a clean cut every time.....I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Air lines for trucks and tractors

If you work with air systems, you need this tool. We use them on Freightliners and whatever else comes through the door with air systems. The cut is even and easy so you don't have to worry about it not fitting into the connector.

is a good product

this is way better then mac tool, this is more study and cuts the air hoses straight. I am a diesel mechanic. I also got extra blade for future replacment.

Great hose cutter.

Carefull to not let heavy hose pull the tip of the blade off to the side as the tip may dig directly into the oposing jaw just next to the groove. It didn't wreck the blade at all just had to regrip and get the weight of the hose off the blade tip. Cuts well and cuts straight. The blade is reversible.....I used mine for years and never knew that...and the blade was still sharp that I didn't look to replace it. Sold them cuz I got out of heavy repair.....then regretted it and bought these ones. These are identical to my original MAC ones. (which were Lisle ones)
