Somewhat difficult to open some of the tools.

Shears are ok butA bit difficult to open and use some of the tools. Definitely not for quick access in the field.

I have never been disappointed with a SOG product and these trauma shears are no exception. They exceed my expectations in quality, performance, and gadgetry! Geek factor 1000!

Fantastic! I don't know how I lived without them!

I carry them with me daily. I never thought i would remember, but I end up using them every day so I don't leave home without them!!

These are not the shears

I bought these in hopes to replace my Leatherman Raptors. I liked the idea of the tools that come with these. Then they arrived. I sent them back before I used them, but they felt cheap and the metal was thin. I did not feel they would hold up as long as my other scissors.

SOG ParaShears scissors they broke in several places. 1. Opener broke from first use. 2. Tellers, they stopped cutting fabric and can only cut paper.

Love them

Despite some third party reviews about how thin the blades are I got these anyway. They are great, blades can be thin and still be strong. Lighter and more comfortable than Leatherman, also easier to open and close and stays locked closed more tightly. I do like the Leatherman, but these are an excellent alternative to that or X-Shears which are fantastic too.

Very good quality. I have large hands and these are easy to deploy and use. The fold up design is a bonus
