Price has almost doubled in the last few weeks
I bought 2 of these screens, both cost less than $10...now they are almost up 50% in price...and the first one they sent me had a great plastic roller...to put in the black threading..IDK what the problem was with the other one but unfortunately I used the second one recieved first, and the plastic roller was useless, I actually had to use a flat head screwdriver all the way around the screen to get the threading in...then once I had it in run the roller through it to press it in tight!! What a total ordeal:( Then when I open the ( 1st) one ordered to do the next screen, obviously I didn't use the same plastic roller, I tried the roller from this set and it worked great!! Took me about 10 minutes to do the whole 6ft screen, compared to the other, which took probably close to an hour :((( So just be forewarned, you may want to pick up a decent roller somewhere before planning this project!! If you get a good one you can always return the one you purchased and save yourself the frustration and headache!! Also makes me Mad everyone thinks that Price Gouging Now days is Acceptable business practice ????:((( IDK if it was the roller that was the problem or maybe the threading was just a tad bit thicker on the first one I had trouble with, .... EITHER WAY it was a lot of my time wasted!! Wish I had used the other kit ( first ordered) first!!! It shouldn't have mattered!!! Not happy about that at all!

Exactly What You Need
This kit is perfect for your patio door screen replacement job. Most importantly the SCREEN is delivered ROLLED UP .. Not like some other sellers... That's very important if you buy folded screen that equals creases, for a clean look BUY THIS ONE. Take your time installing it... on average 30-40 minutes .. Screen seems well made & strong. VERY HAPPY...!

Great heat blocking!
Great product. I was looking for something to keep the direct afternoon sun out of the kitchen but did not want to install blinds. This is perfect. The counter with out the screen was always very warm to the touch. Now its now surprisingly cool. Definitely recommend using this if you do not want to install blinds. It does make it a bit darker in the room of course.

Seems very sturdy, I am sure it will survive a Mini Dash.
Nice product, best price around. It is not only strong, but it's look seems to deter My dog from even trying to run through it.

Wish I bought sooner
I have a cat that likes to jump on the screen door when she wants to come in. Regular screen lasted a year before replacing. I got this one based on reviews stating it was durable. So far so good

Great product
I was skeptical at first because other reviews said the tool was terrible and it was hard to install. The screen material is quite thick becauase i bought the pet resistant kind. I thought the thin gasket would work but I did wind up using the thicker rubber gasket that came out of the origional screen. It holds it in better but I did have to use a little elbow grease to get it in. I used the small gasket to get the screen on, then cut the mesh with a box knife to fit, removed the thin gasket and installed with old larger gasket. Snug fit. Tool to install worked wonderful. Great materials used all around. Would buy again. 100% great product. I'm so excited to have my door back together.

Easy to install
After reading reviews I was afraid this would be a pain to put in due to the screen thickness. It went in easily and the “cheap” tool that came with it worked fine. Hardest part was trimming the screen but after I was done it looks great!
