Lifesaver

Our refrigerator door will not stay closed and this product has been a lifesaver. The latch breaks easily though. I have had to buy a couple but it does the job I need it to so I will continue to do so.

Good at first, but kids aren't dumb.

This is great when you have that feeling of. "We are securing everything" and you get that nice comfortable feeling that your kids won't get into it. Wrong, kids will figure this out and that nice comfy feeling you had will be shattered. This will work best if you have a freezer or refridgerator that just wont stay closed (for whatever reason). I would NOT use this to secure things from children.

Had to readjust twice

I bought to help keep my old mini fridge close. I put it on and it was fine, I didn't latch it a few days and suddenly the latch didn't reach, no madder how hard i tried. So I pulled the latch off and adjusted. The same thing happened again and I pulled it off and adjusted again. While I believe it will work for baby's, I would not use this for strong willed toddlers, it was quite easy to pull it off from the adhesive side.

Didn't last very long

Need to dry

I bought this product to keep my daughter out of the fridge after several times of her getting into and eating food and slipping drinks. We put it on the fridge and our fridge is right up against the wall in a small apartment so I needed something that would fit in tight space. This was ideal because it doesn't have a latch on both sides. It fits perfectly. Now when we put it on it needs to be noted that you should leave it for a little while for the adhesive to dry. We put it on, and then my daughter went straight to the fridge and tried to open it - and it came off with the first pull. Later after it had time to stick she again of course tried to try again and she pulled and pulled and pulled - for a 3 year old she is very strong. It came off but she ended up falling back on her butt that she has not tried that since. Its been on there for a week not and since the first day she has not been able to get into the fridge. Now there are two of these in the package so I thought of trying to putting one on the pantry, I know its not made for that but thought I would try. Well, it didn't work when opening the door to the pantry it pops right off the wall. So I don't think this would work for the french door fridges only if you possibly put it on the top of the fridge were its strapped down at an angle seems to work best. I gave 4 stars because it take awhile before fully sticking. Hope this is helpful

Not very adhesive

I think I already did a product review that said this was a great product, however since that review I have changed my mind. My 2 year old granddaughter was able to rip the adhesive part right off the fridge! My easy fix was to use super glue to put it back on there permanently. Never underestimate the strength of a 2 year old that wants in the fridge!! LOL

Pretty good

Glad it came with two as the first one didn't stick very well at all, my 1.5 yr old pulled the fridge door and it came right off. BUT the second one I put on right after stuck very well and has been on ever since. It's stayed on even after multiple attempts to be pulled off too !

Mediocre

I bought this item to keep my oven drawer closed. I followed all of the proper instructions for installation including cleaning the surfaces and letting them dry completely. Unfortunately the tape part does not stick well and my child is was able to open the door with ease. I used the second clip and re did the process again. It worked much better. I think the first sticker part may have been faulty. When attached properly the safety clip is easy to open up to access oven drawer.

The best i've ever used for fridges!

It locked my fridge in a great way, I love it, if the sticky part waresoff for any reason, just replace it with any double faced sticker and it will work perfectly again, I like this product after using over 4 others, and this one stood-out!

Does the trick

Baby was constantly stealing pops from the bar fridge and throwing full cans into the recycle bins. This contraption was quick and easy to install and feels thick and sturdy. Has been closed in the door a few times (lazy tweens!) but its held up well. Haha baby!
