Almost perfect

First of all, this was a huge improvement over my previous standard kitchen faucet. The pull down hose works great, and it's just the right height and distance from the edge to reach the whole sink without splashing everywhere. It looks great, EXCEPT there's a slight 'kink' in the part that extends upward from the base - it just pitches forward the tiniest bit. It's not noticeable at a glance but once you do see it, it will be obvious. I emailed Kraus and they said it was part of the design, which is bizarre, but they did offer to replace it if I wanted (I didn't, since apparently they are all like this). Another oddity is that the supply hoses are oriented such that 'hot' is when the valve is pointed downwards and 'cold' is when it's pointed upwards. According to the manual, this is again by design, but to me it is unusual and counterintuitive. Not a big deal, I just connected the supply lines to the opposite valve under the sink. These things aside, I love it and would totally buy again.

Good quality Faucet

Purchased to replace a leaking faucet and was easy to install and came with all parts needed to attach to existing water lines. The sprayer hose is a little clunky as you have to make sure the weight at the bottom of the hose line as enough space under the sink to move freely without getting caught on anything. Cost was cheaper here than the local hardware stores for the same brand and style.

Gorgeous faucet! Second one that I have purchased.

I already own this faucet in stainless steel in my own kitchen and I love it. We've had it for 2 years and it's perfect. So, when I had to buy another faucet for a new kitchen renovation project I went to the one I already know and love, but this time bought it in brushed gold. It is gorgeous! It blends very nicely with my Amerdeco brushed gold and brushed brass pulls that I also purchased on Amazon (I have both colors and they are exactly the same). I will absolutely use this faucet again on another project. The styling is both modern and classic and the weight and finish are very high quality. It elevates your look in an instant!

Wonderful addition to our kitchen

While the installation was relatively straightforward there was a brief pause and some head scratching at the step where the hoses are threaded through the gasket and retaining bracket underneath the sink. It is a tight fit, but it can be made to work. It is helpful to have a second person to hold the faucet while you are under the sink working on it. Aside from these installation hiccups this faucet is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. My only suggestion to the manufacturer for improvement would be to increase the water pressure to make it easier to clean off dishes.

Good so far

Easy to install and it works. The only issue is the same as with any other pull out hoses, and that they all get cought on the water supply lines, creating a not so smooth experience and could possibly cause damage to the supply lines.

A Great Update Look

This faucet is a great addition to to our house update! It looks great, works great, and is relatively inexpensive! We have had it for a month now, and love it. I do regret not buying the Krause touchless version.

Product is very attractive. I have installed a few faucets and this one was in very quickly secure and easily. Although advertised as commercial use I was a little disappointed in the nozzle I was hoping for a heavier metal type as I had in my pre renovation tap. I like the heftiness and sturdy feel. Aside form that, I really love the look of this product. The feel could improve.

KRAUS Spot Free Bolden™ 18-Inch Commercial Kitchen Faucet

Needed a replacement for the over expensive one that came with house - which was clogged and started having low water pressure issues after a few years. This fit the bill and arrived quickly after ordering. It looks great once installed. Quality piece. Very easy to clean with the spot free feature. Water drops don't leave a mark and the faucet wipes clean quickly just like an ordinary faucet. I was concerned seeing the spring coil around the top of the faucet - but it just wipes cleanly with a damp sink cloth or damp sponge. The sprayer is pretty good. Light weight and does the job when needed. We have good water pressure, so have to turn it down otherwise it splashes at full open position. Which is a good thing. Took a bit to install and get the hose under the sink to run freely without snagging and kinking. Wound up wrapping some electrical tape around the spot that would bend and kink when pulling the hose sprayer all the way out when washing pots and pans. Worked great after that. Will look at ordering an extra faucet head on sale since always seem to get clogged and leaky in the future even after cleaning the sprayer pores regular. Just depends on the water hardness of the area you live in. Our should last a few years before it gets clogged since we live in a more softer water area. Very happy with this faucet.

Fit for a master chef

Have not used it very long, it was easy to install and looks great, looks like very good quality
