Customer service non-existent
The faucet itself is nice, however, the "C" on the cold handle fell off and was accidently thrown out, I guess, but when I sent a letter to the company, not through Amazon, I never received a reply as to whether or not I could purchase a replacement cap. It looks horrible in our historic home, but I do not want to spend another $130 plus dollars just for that little cap. That being said, be very careful to make sure the H and C are firmly placed in the handles so you don't end up like me.

Think Twice About Kingston Brass, actually, don’t even think about it.
I originally gave this faucet two stars, and now after four years have downgraded it to one star. I wish I could give it a zero! It’s been exactly four years since I purchased and installed this kitchen faucet and now it has sprung two leaks through the metal on the faucet arm! I had a plumber look at it and he thought it was probably made out of cheap copper or brass, as good quality fixtures, like our old one that had been here for over fifty years, should last a long time. Now after four years I have to start all over again and buy a new kitchen faucet! Think twice about getting a Kingston fixture, I certainly never will again! My original review four years ago: My faucet started leaking as soon as I got it installed and I regret not getting one of the more reputable and high quality fixtures like a Delta, Moen, American Standard, etc. I also bought a similar American Standatd for our laundry and it works wonderfully. I also know that All the other top brand names back up their products, but contacting Kingston is impossible. They require that you send them an email as they do not give you a number to call. If you don't believe me, look on Yelp and see all the horrible reviews Kingston Brass gets, two out of five stars for the company and their service! They have not been around that many years. During our whole re-piping we also had a Delta bathroom faucet that we have had for over fifteen years and called Delta customer service about a leaky cartridge, and they sent us both the hot water cartridges and new porcelain handles for free! Do you think you will get new replacement parts from Kingston Brass without much hassle now? I doubt it! So, think twice about Kingston Brass! Pay a little extra and go with a high quality brand name! Update 11/10/2022 I have to add that KB finally sent me a replacement faucet arm, but it was after multiple calls, emails, and photos. Then it took several weeks before the replacement was sent out. So if you have a secondary faucet it might help because getting any warranty parts will take weeks! Now for the current issue on 12/10/2022. The cold side handle snapped off, which was the stem rod of the cold water cartridge. I called the KB tech support number I found on the internet on Monday and had to leave a message with the issue as their support did not answer,. However, I never received a call back from them. I went to KB website and filled out two email forms noting the issue, both Monday and Tuesday, and actually received two case numbers back and notes stating they would respond within 24 hours. I never heard from them and called back on Wednesday and left another message with tech support. It is now Thursday and I have not heard back from KB. The KB website has a parts list, but there are no faucet reference or links with faucets to parts. UnLuckily we are at least still able to use the hot water side of the kitchen faucet. At this point I think I’m better of buying a whole new faucet, but it makes me pretty unhappy thinking I spent money on such a bad product that is obviously of bad quality. So before you buy any Kingston Bath products really consider what I have gone through and how Kingston Bath supports and backs their products. My original review went from two stars, to zero star (if I could post it like tgat), and now to a negative zero stars.

Great buy
Great product... Especially for the money! I'm always hesitant to buy fixtures like this from lesser known brands. I realize that many items share common manufacturing origins, and this unit may be no different, but rest assured you're getting a quality product. It looks nice, is a brass casting which is a huge improvement over sheetmetal units that have copper tubing innards, and the valves work well. From a repair and maintenance standpoint is should serve us well. All fittings were threaded properly and not casting flash was evident. The finish is nice and doesn't appear to be painted on, but rather electrostaticly applied. After a month or so of daily use, it still looks great.

Beautiful fixture, but not for everyone
This is a lovely fixture and is very well made. My only problem is that I have an old farmhouse sink and the length from the back to the front when installed is too far forward to work well for me. If you are mounting the faucet on the actual wall (not on the apron of the sink like mine) and you have a large sink that projects forward of your cabinets, this may work for you. In my case, I paid to have it installed and can't return it since it was installed and my old one didn't work anyway. I wish I had known, but at least it looks pretty.

Beautiful faucet. A little expensive but if it holds up and the finish lasts..will be worth it!

Gorgeous fixture, works well.
Looks beautiful, performs well. We did have some trouble getting one of the nuts and washer to seat down. I recommend using Teflon tape rather than pipe dope on these. It can take some work to get the faucet level, with the multiple collectors in between it and the wall.

Well Made Faucet
Well made faucet that parts are actually available for. Have only come across a few Kingston Brass faucets in the field as a service plumber over the years and they hold up. These are not in the mainstream like Delta, American Standard or Moen and are better made in my opinion.
