Sharp looking faucet

I had my handyman install this faucet. It took him about 15 minutes. I love the way it looks. It's exactly as described and pictured on Amazon.com, and it's working perfectly, with a smooth swivel and easy stream/spray button hidden on the bottom of the pull-out head. The black matte finish looks great, but note it really should be dried with a towel after each use because the water drops are really obvious on the black finish. In my view, this is a very minor objection, however, and I still think it's worth 5 stars, especially since it's less expensive than a lot of other faucets I've seen and it looks just as good as (or better than) faucets being sold for more than twice as much.

Excellent quality and ease of installation

The quality of this faucet is far better than the Kohler faucet it replaced. It feels much more substantial while at the same time having a lower profile. I was surprised by how easy it was to install, something I haven’t done before. The black finish really works well with my granite countertops.

Nice finish and well made. Hard to tighten to deck.

Very nice design and look in brushed stainless. Much easier to install compared to some other faucets I have installed in the past. Very thoughtful design to facilitate installation. The hardest part is tightening so it doesn't spin on the granite counter mounting. I had to add another large rubber washer topside to minimize the spinning. Perhaps some adhesive would be better. Hopefully will last longer than my last Delta faucet that leaked after 3 years.

Nice but…………

I purchased the brushed stainless steel & it is very difficult to keep clean, stains very easy. I have always used brushed stainless faucets in my house and I have never seen anything like this, need to wipe dry after every use, first time purchasing a Peerless, usually I go with Moen or American Standard brand

I'm happy with the way this faucet looks and how it functions, but I might not have bought it if I had known how easily it gets water spots.

Worth the extra money

I tried to save money and bought a much cheaper faucet. it was junk but I tried a cheap faucet again. It didn't even work correctly. When I received the Peerless faucet I knew immediately that it was much higher quality. Not only did it weigh a lot more, have larger/heavier hoses, and all the installation pieces for under the counter were heavier and more sturdy. I wanted a smaller faucet and in today's market that is hard to find. The Peerless was just the size I wanted. I spent the extra money to get the faucet in black and it looks great with black granite counters. The movement on the water temp control is smoother than the cheaper faucets. The hose clicks in when you push it all the way in. Considering that I sent the time and money to install and deal with returning two cheaper faucets, the Peerless was a bargain at its higher price.

Great faucet

I actually hired a plumber. He was surprised also that you have to order the PLATE from the company not available on Amazon. The plumber installed the faucet, but I had to look up a supplier of the proper plate number suggested in the information and on Amazon and call them to order the plate. The company said the plate was on a two/three week back order. The plumber will have to return to finish the job....another paid visit added to the expense. Love the faucet. Better if I could install myself though. I do not regret the purchase.

Great Price great function

This faucet installed perfectly, no leaks and works perfectly. The greatest feature is it keeps the last setting of spray vs stream so you don't have to continually reset. Looks great and easy to clean.
