Lid sticks and does not work well

I was misunderstood in reading this as a European only product. My brain would not have thought it would even be for sale in the U.S. on Amazon. In any case, I ordered a European outlet to make the best of things. Unfortunately, now that I have finally had a chance to "use" it, the lid sticks and is difficult to take off as mentioned in other posts. Also, it barely does the job. Very little power and not an effective chopper. I believe I may have received a defective product, but ended up having to complete the process with another coffee grinder in the house. Don't waste your money.

Yes it's loud but it gets the job done!

Sure it's noisy...but I'll take that for how powerful it is. Just a few presses on the top and you've got nicely ground coffee. I've had this for a year now and had absolutely no problems with it, grinding not only coffee beans, but almonds and spices as well. Living in Europe and trying to find a reasonably priced, hard working grinder, made this a good choice. If it ever gives out, I'll get another one.

Coffee grinder/ spice grinder

The grinder is noisy and it takes a while to get the lid on to the base.Only of the lid fits correctly,only then the grinder works.Its not recommended for making chutney or ginger garlic paste.

Handy little device

Sure beats pounding away with the mortor and pestle. Only complaint is that it doesn't quite hold enough, but that can be solved by doing the grinding in two batches.

Router Coffee Grinder

Very powerful grinder that can chop garlic and other items besides coffee. A bit cumbersome for just a coffee grinder.

LOUD

Especially loud, but works really well to grind almost anything. I've made nut flour, flax meal, chickpea flour and more. This is a real workhorse, but you need to wear ear plugs for it because it's well beyond anything you should be hearing. Very loud, but very powerful. Use it almost daily.
