Help relieve my heal pain

These are the first inserts I’ve tried that have actually helped to relieve the pain from my Achilles tendinitis. They fit snugly into my shoes and keep my foot positioned just right. I’ve been able to wear a couple different pairs of shoes again that I haven’t worn in months! They are a little thick, so they don’t sit well in shoes with a low back, but that thickness gives the heal the lift and support that it needs.

Really helps relieve pain

This product is great, it has helped a great deal with my Achilles tendinitis/tendinosis. I’ve had problems with my Achilles all of my adult life and even ended up getting a Achilles rupture surgery last last year. This product has really helped relieve the aches and pains while my walking and jogging drills I do weekly. I found it helpful to put it under the sneaker insole that comes with the shoes because it won’t slide around as much. It does push your foot up a bit so don’t be surprised if you have to get new shoe laces or adjust your laces. For the price of this product you can’t go wrong. I was so impressed that I purchased 3 more sets for other shoes and slippers I own.

Comfortable. Helps achilles tendonitis

I have placed them in my sneakers. So far, I have only had these for two weeks now. You know Amazon, they want you to review the minute you get an item from them. A little impatient I would say but back to my review. The insoles are very comfortable and I have had about a zillion insoles in the past years. They hug your heal so cozily and my then shoes do not aggravate my Achilles tendonitis. I'm not Imelda Marcos but I like shoes so I will be buying more of these.

Make my work shoes too tight

I use these in my work shoes, which are healthcare kind of clogs. The heel feels great, but unfortunately they make the top part of the clogs too tight on the tops of my feet. I bet these would work very well in shoes that are not so snug fitting (athletic shoes, etc.) The price is really great, so might be worth the try.

Provides a good level of cushioning

My partner and I both suffer from Achilles tendinitis so we got the female and male versions of the ProFoot orthotic heel cup to try. Each package comes with a pair of heel cups. The women’s version is a size 6-10. My shoe size is a women’s size 7 and these heel cups fit nicely in most of my sneakers. The heel cups are a bit thick so they didn’t fit comfortably in a few shoes that I tried them with. The thickness does provide a good amount of cushioning. I’ve been wearing the heel cups for a couple hours each day for over a week and have found that they do help reduce the fatigue in my feet.

Nice cushioning

I got these for my sister who is on her feet for 7-8 hours at a time. I checked in with her after a few weeks and she said they have made a nice difference in her feet not feeling so sore at the end of her shift. She did say though that depending on what shoes she wears they can slide around a little, but otherwise they are a good product.
