I like the idea but gonna trim off the height. A soft version would be great
Welp they Work to fix over pronation but its a lil much. Just gonna trim off some height when I get time and they will be fine. Harder than expected so they might do better under the insoles. A softer version would be awesome.

Makes A Difference
I've been using the Profoot since late 2021. I'm a very active, healthy 57 year old woman. For me, what a difference! I had early stages of morton's neuroma and heel pain. When cutting grass in heavy work boots my toes would tingle, burn, and have a numbing sensation. After wearing these, fairly religiously, in all shoes, sneakers, and boots. the pain / numbing has subsided a lot. When I don't them, I sure notice a difference in lower back pain and foot issues. I've given some to family / friends with similar issues. Some like'm and some don't. The inserts don't crowd my toes which is the issue with other inserts, besides that other inserts take up any space for your feet. They stay in place. I rotate them to all my footwear. Good luck!

Great for dress shoes
Not the most robust support, but some shoes just don't have room for arch supports. I use these in my ballet flats, Tom's and other shoes that you just can't fit propper supports in. Just enough support to get me through my day without making my shoes too tight.

Gotta Break them In
They helped quite a bit I was able to go longer wearing my shoes before they started hurting than before. They were pretty uncomfortable at first but not painful. So either way it helped the pain in my feet. They stuck very well no sliding or issues with that.

These are great!
I wasn't sure about these based on some of the reviews, but I find them really helpful for my overpronation when I'm wearing shoes with insoles that can't be removed. Inserting them is pretty straightforward. It can be tricky at first to get them aligned properly, but I got a hang of it quickly. Support/Comfort: I like the shape of these inserts, which I haven't seen anywhere else. They add a minimal amount of bulk and give me a good amount of support in a variety of different pairs of shoes, including athletic sneakers, Converse and other casual sneakers, and boots. They've worked well in most shoes that I've tried them with, although the arch can be a little too high in shoes with especially high arches. When I tried them with a pair of Allbirds that have 15mm heel-to-toe drop, they were too much, but they were perfect with another pair that has a 2mm heel-to-toe drop. I haven't tried them with flats or heels, but I'm sure they'd work well. Adhesion: Since I swap them between pairs of shoes, I haven't used them with the glue dots that came with them. I did use the glue dots for a household project, and they were STRONG compared to other glue dots I've used. I imagine they'd work well with the inserts if you use them. Even without the glue dots, the inserts stay in place very well while I'm wearing them. I've never had one shift out of place. Durability: After several months of using them a few times a week, they're still as supportive as ever. My only complaint is that the edges of the fabric on top are fraying noticeably. It looks like the woven fabric wasn't finished with anything after it was cut, so that's not a surprise. Ultimately, it doesn't matter how a shoe insert looks, but it's a weird choice. In short: For less than $12, these are worth a try, especially if other inserts are too bulky for you.

Minimalist and reversible
I love these insoles. I like to wear shoes and boots with flat, flexible soles, so most insoles interfere with that, but these don't. In the winter I wear them in Uggs and they stay in place perfectly with no adhesive while still allowing me to feel the fuzzy inside of the boot. Using them as directed will correct for over-pronation--your weight shifting towards your big toe as you take a step. I have the less common problem, supination--my weight shifts towards my pinky toe as I take a step, so I swap the left and right insoles to get the proper correction. I hope they never stop making these!

Just right amount of arch. My favorite insert.
I have tried every insert out there for high arch, PT and arthritis. This is the one I always use. Mine have lasted for years (unless I lose them) and I switch them from shoe to shoe. I like that I don't have to remove the shoe's original insole. They take up zero toe space. I've used them for sneakers, flats and heels. Not sandals. I can't find them in my stores anymore so I order on Amazon. These are as good as the expensive Berkinstocks that I got and easier to fit. I did use double stick tape to put a pair permanently in the shoes I wear most but I don't find that they slide around in my shoes as some complained of. But double stick tape would take care of that. Try them, you'll like them!

Excellent design, supportive, and you can wear them with all your shoes.
I was surprised by this weird shaped insoles, but I was curious, I gave them a try, and I am delighted. I have a slight fasciitis (and pronation), and insole help me. I don't want orthopedic shoes, nor oversize, and prefer small (3/4) insoles that I can wear with casual or dress shoes. They to the job, ans quite well. As they are strangely shaped, they dont fill up your shoes. PRO ; I love their size and shape, eventough small, they support well the arch, and are very comfortable. They are not bulky like all other 3/4 supportive insoles I have or had, so I can wear all my shoes without having my toes squeezed. So they are very confortable. I did not use the small glue tips, as I change shoes every day, often many times a day. I will sure order some more. CON : As told, I didn't use the glue (If so I would need 20 insoles pairs...). So they move a little when you put on your shoes or boots, and I may have to reposition them, but when on, they stay in place, so this is a minor annoyance. The glue could help, or not (this is a very small dot). I am very happy with these insoles, these are the best I ever found, and I will order some more.

So far so good
I got these because I’ve been working from home for two years (walking on carpet) and now my feet hurt like crazy anytime I have to walk in any kind of shoes. I’ve been wearing these in my main shoes for several weeks and the pain and throbbing has pretty much stopped. I can feel the difference for sure. I would recommend.

Material

I wear on opposite feet in ski boots. I'm a supinator.
I use opposite feet to recommended in my ski boots. Left insole in right boot, right insole left boot. I'm a supinator. I have a trained athletic foot and don't want or need anything under my already high stiff bouncy inside arch. Anything stiff under the inside arch would be dangerous to my knees skiing. These insoles work alright to help my type of foot manipulate the ski and power the boot without overly limiting natural foot motion. They have the right amount of compression and rebound and don't pack out like the foam in my custom liners. I trim them as necessary.

Buen producto
